【摘要】 我国人口老龄化趋势不断加深,老年人口的快速增长使得各种类型的养老机构面临巨大缺口。本文的研究对象——社区复合型养老设施,属于机构养老范畴,因其扎根于社区、贴近民众,可以承担起“社区养老”的绝大部分职能,是实现老人就地“居家养老”的有力保障。国内现有的社区养老设施普遍存在设置分散、设施设备建设水平较低、功能配置不完善等问题,而社区复合型养老设施作为一种新型的养老机构,国内还处在起步探索阶段,相关建设指导标准和成功案例几近空白。本文将尝试对社区复合型养老设施的规划和设计要求进行研究。首先,通过对日本和瑞典两个发达国家社区复合型养老设施的文献资料和案例研究,总结其发展经验和设施类型特征;其次,通过对国内一些社区养老设施的实地调研,发现问题、寻找需求;然后,通过前文国内外研究内容的梳理总结,提炼出适合我国国情的社区复合型养老设施在规划选址、功能配置、空间特征、流线组织等各方面的设计要点并加以分析,并且这些设计要点在本文最后一章的两个实践项目中均得到充分的贯彻和验证。本文的研究观点和实践成果希望可以为建筑师在今后进行社区复合型养老设施的设计实践工作时提供一定的帮助,更希望可以为养老设施的建设、运营方提供一些有益的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our aging population continues to deepen, the rapid growth of the elderly population makes various types of pension institutions face a huge gap. Ob ject of study- complex community elderly facilities, because it is rooted in the community, close to the people, who could act as "community care" most of the functions is to achieve old place "home care" powerful protection. Domestic existing community f acilities for the elderly exist setting dispersion, lower level of the building facilities, functional configuration imperfect, and community complex facilities for the elderly, as a new pension agency, the country still in the initial stage of exploration, construction-related guidance Standard and success stories almost empty.This article will attempt to community planning and design requirements of complex community elderly facilities. First, through the literature and case of Japan and Sweden, two developed community complex research facilities for the elderly, summarize its development experience and the type of facility characteristics; secondly, by a number of community care facilities for the domestic field research, identify problems, look for dema nd; then, at home and abroad by earlier research combing summary, extract suitable for China’s complex facilities for the elderly in community planning and site selection, functional configuration, various aspects of spatial characteristics, streamline the organization and other design elements and analyzed, and these design points in the last chapter of the two practice projects were fully implemented and validated.Research ideas and practical results of this paper hopes to provide a reference not only in new construction and renovation planning complex community elderly facility design in the future when the architect, developers, operator of elderly facilities can also provide some reference.更多还原
