【摘要】 随着医疗信息化的发展,以网络为基础的信息管理系统的开发技术已经很成熟地应用到了医疗信息化领域。但是,患者就医问题依然严峻,如心电患者就医流程优化、心电信息的科学管理还有待进一步完善,因此研究开发医院心电信息管理系统来改善患者就医水平具有十分重要的意义。本论文在描述医院心电信息管理需求分析和可行性分析基础上,给出系统设计以及系统实现方案。首先,分析某医院目前医院心电检查流程现状,总结其中存在的问题与患者希望改进的地方。结合当前系统开发技术和软硬件条件给出系统的可行性分析与需求分析。其次,在需求分析的基础上,构建系统整体架构和数据模型。给出总体设计方案,规划心电信息管理系统的功能模块,包括预约叫号、心电图采集、心电图分析、临床Web浏览、查询统计等模块,并进行数据库的总体设计。再次,在总体设计的基础上给出具体的工作流程,采用J2EE框架MVC模型进行系统开发。利用SQL Server 2008数据库工具,设计了患者信息表、科室信息表、心电采集设备信息表等。最后,给出系统的实施方案与设计方案,分析归纳并总结系统存在的不足与需要改进的地方。本系统的应用极大地优化了患者心电检查流程,提高了医院的医疗水平,得到了患者好的口碑,为医院信息化进一步发展奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of medical information, web-based information management system development has been very mature technology applied to the field of medical information. However, patients with severe medical problems remain, such as ECG patient medical treatment process, check the ECG long storage and management of information is still blank, so research and development of hospital ECG information management systems to improve the level of medical treatment of patients is of great importance.This paper describes the design of the hospital on the basis of ECG information management systems theory and implementation technology, gives system design and system implementation.Firstly, the status quo hospital ECG examination process in a hospital now, which summed up the problems with patient hope for improvement. Combined with the current system development techniques and hardware and software conditions given system feasibility analysis and demand analysis.Secondly, based on the needs analysis, to build the entire system architecture and data model. Given the overall design of the Programme Planning ECG information management system function modules, including reservation call number, ECG acquisition, ECG analysis, clinical Web browsing, query statistics module also describes the overall design of the database.Again, based on the overall design give a specific workflow, using J2 EE framework MVC model development and use of SQL Server 2008 database tools to achieve specific design goals.
