【摘要】 百年大计,教育为本。建设创新型国家有赖于高素质的创新人才,培养高素质的创新人才需要我国由高等教育大国向高等教育强国转变,从人力资源大国向人力资源强国迈进。高等教育质量是高等教育的生命线,人才培养质量是高等教育的灵魂。大量的研究实践证明,通过产学研合作创立高校与科研院所、行业、企业联合培养人才的新机制是提高人才培养质量不可或缺的途径。广东作为中国第一经济大省,在企业、高校和科研机构方面虽有自身优势,但也存在一些不足,特别是教育发展状况与经济强省的地位不相适应。本文拟通过深入剖析广东高校产学研合作的现状中存在的问题,对未来广东高校产学研合作提升人才培养质量提出切实的对策和建议,为我国其他地区高校深入开展产学研合作提供新的理论视角。本文综合采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、比较分析法等研究方法,运用产学研合作提升人才培养质量的哲学基础、教育学基础、经济学基础及其他相关理论基础,战略联盟理论和三重螺旋理论等,介绍了国内外产学研合作的研究现状,界定了产学研合作的相关概念,论述了产学研合作提升人才培养质量的必要性和有效性。针对广东高校产学研合作人才培养进行实证研究,介绍了广东高校产学研合作发展的模式,通过问卷调查分析广东高校产学研合作促进人才培养的现状和存在的问题,并对存在问题的原因和制约因素进行分析。为了便于对照和借鉴,本文还分析了国内外经济发达地区产学研合作促进人才培养的典型经验。最后在归纳以上所有内容的基础上,提出了促进广东高校产学研合作提升人才培养质量的若干建议,为广东高校更好地服务区域经济的可持续发展提供可行性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education is the foundation. Building an innovative country depends on high-quality creative talents and training of qualified personnel needs of our creative power to a higher power shift from higher education, from the human resources power to the power of human resources forward. This paper analyzes the status quo through in-depth research cooperation in Guangdong colleges problems and put forward practical measures and suggestions for research cooperation to enhance the quality of training personnel in Guangdong Colleges future, provide a new theoretical perspective for our colleges and universities elsewhere in depth research cooperation.In this paper, a comprehensive literature research, questionnaire, comparative analysis and other research methods.
