【摘要】 太阳能光伏发电作为绿色能源重要的组成部分在过去的十多年中取得了飞速的发展。众所周知,由于目前光伏发电的成本普遍上还远大于传统的火力发电,因此光伏产业的发展离不开各国政府的政策支持。而各国光伏政策的变化,可能对各国乃至全球的光伏产业产生巨大的影响。因此,针对各国新政策对光伏产业影响的研究对于各光伏企业应对策略的制定就显得十分重要。本文将分析全球各国最新的光伏政策以及发展趋势,并研究A光伏企业在全球最新光伏公共政策下的应对策略。该研究结论对国内各大中型光伏组件生产企业具有一定的借鉴和指导意义,对处于产业链各节点其他企业的策略制定也具有一定的启发意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important source of renewable energy, photovoltaic industry has experienced rapid growth during the past decades. As is known to all, the cost of electricity for photovoltaic is still far beyond that of the traditional thermal power. Due to that reason, the growth of photovoltaic industry much relies on the support of public policy from the government of each region. The change and the trend of photovoltaic policy matter much when a PV enterprise makes business strategy. In this thesis, we will research the most updated photovoltaic policy of each region and the trend of it. Also, the business strategy of company A under the latest global photovoltaic policy will be defined. The conclusion of this result is valuable to other domestic PV module enterprises and the other enterprises in PV industry chain.更多还原
