某型便携式航空发动机控制器自动测试仪的设计与实现

【摘要】 航空发动机控制器是飞机发动机的控制中枢,为了保证发动机在使用时提供与飞行要求相一致的控制信号,对发动机控制器的试验和检测都有极其严格的规范。所以测试设备的好坏直接影响到控制器的性能,甚至影响到发动机的研究和开发。为保证航空发动机控制器始终能够正常工作,要求对电子控制器进行定期检测和维修,传统的手动测试在测试效率和测量精度上已不能满足日益复杂的测试要求。论文通过对航空发动机控制器测试技术的分析,针对现役测试设备在自动化和便携性方面上的问题,提出了一种便携式发动机控制器自动测试仪的设计方案。该方案以PC104总线模块构成硬件平台,采用Microsoft Visual C++6.0为软件开发环境,设计出自动测试仪,实现对发动机控制器的自动检测、手动测试、故障诊断及发动机监控功能,能够适应外场复杂的气候及电磁环境。论文以某型航空发动机控制器为测试对象,针对控制器的测试需求,选择合适的PC/104模块,设计出各种模拟发动机执行机构和真实传感器特性的信号调理电路。本文同时研究了基于ABBET模型的软件架构,使用XML语言作为测试流程及信号描述、信息交换的表述方式,设计了基于XML文档描述的自动测试命令解析器,通过对工艺文件的解释运行从而实现自动测试,完成自动测试系统的设计。论文研究的意义在于构建了一个自动检测平台,实现了测试的全流程封闭,为测试人员设计了人性化的模拟手动测试台测试界面,可用于对各种硬件资源的完全掌控,满足了各方面的测试需求。自动测试仪通过严格的性能测试、环境试验,并已经在外场的某型航空发动机控制器的测试中得到实际应用,证明其精确、可靠、稳定、通用,提高了航空发动机控制器的检测效率和检测水平,拥有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 As aero-engine controller is the control center of aero-engine, extremely strict norms are implemented for testing and detecting aero-engine controller in order to ensure that the control signal is in consistent with flight requirements when the engine is working. Therefore, the quality of test equipment exerts direct influence on controller’s property and even the study and development of engine. In order to guarantee that the aero-engine electronic controller keeps working normally, it is required that regular detection and maintenance should be carried out for electronic controller. In terms of test efficiency and measurement accuracy, traditional manual test is unable to meet the increasingly complicated test requirements.By analyzing the aero-engine controller test technology and aiming at the problems of current test equipment from the perspectives of automation and portability, this thesis brings forward a design proposal of automatic tester of portable engine controller. Besides, it proposes taking PC/104 bus module as hardware platform and Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 as software development environment to design the automatic test and realize the functions of automatic test, manual test, fault diagnosis and wireless monitoring to engine controller, satisfy the test demands in complex climate and electromagnetic environment.The task in this thesis takes a certain type aero-engine control as the test object, according to the test requirement, chooses the suitable PC/104 model, designs the actuating mechanism of each simulating engine as well as the signal conditioning circuit of real sensor characteristics. Meanwhile, this thesis studies the software architecture based on the model of ABBET, and the XML which is used in the automatic test system as the description of test process and signal and the expression way of information interchange. This thesis designs the command parser based on the XML document description to realize the automatic test by explain and execute the craft document, completes the design of auto test system.The significance of this study is to construct an automatic test platform to liberate labor largely and realize the whole enclosed test process, designs the humanity manual test interface that simulates manual test board to totally control all hardware resources, meet the comprehensive test requirements. This tester had passed the performance and environment test and practical application strictly,the application result shows that this equipment is accurate, reliable, stable and general, improves the detection efficiency and the detection level of the aero-engine control, which is of bright application prospect.
