【摘要】 2013年9月7日,中国国家主席习近平在哈萨克斯坦纳扎尔巴耶夫大学演讲时提出:为了使亚欧各国经济联系更加紧密、相互合作更加深入、发展空间更加广阔,我们可以用创新的合作模式,共同建设“丝绸之路经济带”,使古老的丝绸之路再次成为世界瞩目的焦点。2014年3月,在中国共产党十八届三中全会上,又提出“一带一路”战略,即开展“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”建设,“丝绸之路经济带”建设正式成为国家战略。“丝绸之路经济带”内涵丰富,她的建设对新疆影响深远,尤其对新疆生产建设兵团业已实施的“走出去”战略有直接影响。本文就如何充分抓好建设“丝绸之路经济带”的战略机遇、加快兵团“走出去”步伐展开研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 On September 7th, 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed in his speech in Kazakhstan Nazarbayev college to Asian and European countries closer economic ties and mutual cooperation deeper, broader space for development, we can use the innovative model of cooperation, to build the Silk Road Economic Zone, so that the ancient Silk Road has become the focus of attention of the world again. In 2014 March, Communist Party of China at the eighteen session of the third plenary session,and put forward along the way strategy, namely the development of the Silk Road Economic Zone and twenty-first Century maritime silk road construction, construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone has become a national strategy. Silk Road Economic Zone rich in content, profound influence on her construction of Xinjiang, especially in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has been the implementation of the " going aboard " strategy has a direct impact. This article is on how to fully grasp the opportunity of Silk Road Economic Belt strategic to speed up the pace oft he "going aboard" strategy of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.更多还原
