【摘要】 目的:综合评价腹腔镜阑尾切除术相对于传统开腹阑尾切除术的优势及不足。进一步探讨腹腔镜的临床应用价值,为今后的急性阑尾炎手术方案选择及科研方向提供临床依据。方法:本研究回顾性分析了2011年6月至2012年6月210例诊断为急性阑尾炎并接受手术的病例,分为腹腔镜组(A组,108例)和开放组(B组,102例),比较两组手术患者的临床指标及住院费用等情况。结果:本次研究结果显示:1)A组相较B组,术中出血量较少,术后胃肠功能恢复快,抗生素使用量少,术后切口感染等并发症发生率较低;2)A组切口较小,美容效果更好;3)同B组对比,A组更有利于术后快速康复,总治疗费用并未明显增加。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少且住院费用并不增加,是治疗急性阑尾炎的理想手术方案,值得作为急性阑尾炎的常规手术方式临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective, To compare the advantage and disadvantage between laparoscopic appendectomy with conventional operation for the treatment of appendicitis. To explore the clinical application value of laparoscopic,and provide clinical basis for the acute appendicitis operation selection and scientific research direction.Methods In this study,we collected 210 cases which were diagnosed as appendicitis and received surgery. They were divided into group A(laparoscopic appendectomy)and group B(conventional operation). In group A,108 patients were treated with laparoscopic appendectomy.In group B,102 patients were treated with conventional open appendectomy. The inhospital data and hospitalization expenses were compared.Results The results showed: 1)Compared to group B,group A have less intraoperative blood loss, faster recovery of gastrointestinal function, less antibiotic usage, lower incidence of postoperative complications such as infection of incision, 2) The incision and cosmetic effection of group A is better than group B, 3) Compared to group B, group A have less recovery time after surgery and hospitalization expenses does not increase.Conclusion : Laparoscopic appendectomy is a good therapy of choice for patients with acute appendicitis with advantages of minimal invasion,early recovery,few complications and hospitalization expenses do not increase.
