【摘要】 伴随着中国经济的快速发展和城市化过程的快速推进,大量农村剩余劳动力和辍学青少年进入城市中寻找工作机会,成为劳务工群体。由于经济状况差、户籍制度制约、工作条件差、地域习惯差异大、城市生活不适应等种种原因,部分劳务工群体在融入城市生活过程中陷入困境。劳务工领域是社会工作的重要领域,在劳务工聚集的城市地区发展劳务工社会工作已经是社会工作事业发展的重要趋势。本文主要围绕“个案工作介入劳务工群体城市融入问题”这一核心主题,根据笔者在深圳市龙岗区六个月劳务工领域一线社会工作者的实习经历来完成。在本文研究中,主要依据社会支持理论、优势视角理论、人本主义理论等理论,运用问卷调查、深度访谈、实地观察、文献回顾等研究方法,进而借助两个劳务工城市融入困难的个案来展开论文研究。两个个案分别采用危机介入模式、任务中心模式进行介入,通过搜集案主资料、预估案主问题、制定工作目标和计划、多阶段的介入并评估、最终目标达成、成功结案等过程来开展服务。在此基础上,本文尝试从经济状况、户籍制度、工作条件、地域文化差异等方面分析劳务工群体城市融入困难问题形成的原因;通过总结个案工作介入的现实困境和经验,尝试提出了促进劳务工群体城市融入的相关建议:(1)社工层面:提升自身素质,提高服务专业性;(2)机构层面:改善评估方式,完善监督机制;(3)政府层面:加大政策支持,增加劳务工领域项目数量;(4)企业层面:注重员工人文关怀,践行企业社会责任。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid advance of the urbanization process, a large number of rural surplus labor force and the dropout of young people enter the city to find jobs and become a group of labor workers. Due to poor economic conditions, the household registration system constraints, poor working conditions, regional differences in habits, urban life is not adapted to such a variety of reasons, some of the labor workers in the process of integration into the city life. The field of labor service is an important field of social work, the development of social work in the urban areas of labor service workers has been an important trend in the development of social work.In this paper, on the basis of "casework intervention of migrant workers in cities into" the central theme. According to the author in Longgang District of Shenzhen City six months service fields front-line social workers internship experience to complete. In this paper, mainly according to the social support theory, advantage theory, and with the help of two workers in the city into the difficult cases to launches the research. Two cases, respectively, reached through collecting case master data, prediction on the case of the main problems and formulate work objectives and plans, multi stage of intervention and evaluation, the ultimate goal, the successful closing process to carry out the service. On the basis of this, this article attempts to form from the aspects of economic status, the household registration system, working conditions, geographical and cultural differences, such as analysis of migrant workers in cities into the difficult problem of; by summing up the case work involved in the reality of the plight and experience, try to put forward the suggestion about how to advance integration of migrant workers in cities:(1) the social level: to improve self quality, enhance the professional services;(2)the institutional level: to improve assessment methods, improve the supervision mechanism;(3) the government level: to increase policy support and increase the number of labor workers in the field of project;(4)the enterprise level: pay attention to the employees humane care, practicing corporate social responsibility.更多还原
