工效学视域下教育APP界面设计策略研究

【摘要】 近几年,随着移动互联网的飞速发展和移动终端的日趋成熟,移动学习逐渐成为主流的学习方式。在此背景下,教育APP应运而生,人们通过教育APP来掌握技能、了解知识、学习语言等,教育APP在人们的学习生活中起到了至关重要的作用。与此同时,教育APP的界面设计成为了设计师们关注和研究的热点。界面是教育APP的门面,直接影响着教育APP的整体风格和可用性,优秀的界面设计能提升用户使用教育APP时的舒适度和愉悦感,在降低用户外在认知负荷的基础上提高用户的移动学习效率。因此,如何设计出用户满意的教育APP界面是教育APP设计的重中之重。本文以教育类APP的界面设计为研究主体,旨在探究教育APP界面设计的规律,为教育APP界面设计提供普适性参考。首先,以移动互联网的发展、智能手机的普及、移动学习成为主流学习方式和教育APP的发展为背景,介绍了国内外关于移动终端界面设计的研究现状和不足。其次,简单介绍人机工效学理论、人机工效学领域的虚拟仿真技术和视线跟踪技术以及在界面设计评价中的应用,并以人机工效学中的思维工效、视觉工效、操作工效作为一级指标,结合Smashing Magazine网站提出的界面设计原则,制定针对教育APP界面元素的评价标准,并运用此标准对从多个APP下载平台中等距抽样选取的30款教育APP的界面设计进行分析,得出教育APP界面设计的共性和不足。最后,归纳教育APP界面设计的共性,并对存在的不足运用理论和技术提出解决方案,得出教育APP界面设计的方法和策略。对教育APP界面设计规律和方法的研究,不仅为教育APP界面的设计提供参考,优化教育APP界面,也为提高学习者移动学习效率奠定基础。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile internet and the increasingly maturing of mobile terminal, mobile learning has gradually become the mainstream way of learning. Under this background, education app come into being. People master skills, learn knowledge, acquire language through education app. Education app plays an important role in people’s learning and life. Meanwhile, the design of education app interface has become the focus of designers’ attention and research. Interface directly impact on the overall style and availability of education app as the appearance of education app. Grate interface design can enhance the use education app of comfort and pleasure, improve the efficiency of mobile learning based on reduce extraneous cognitive load. Therefore, how to design the interface of education APP which is satisfactory for the users is very important.This paper based on design of education app interface as subject, aims to explore the laws of the design education app interface, providing universal reference for the design of educational app interface. Firstly, see the development of mobile internet, the popularity of smart phones, mobile learning become a mainstream way of learning and the development of education app as the background, analyzed the research status of the design of education app interface and the insufficiency. Secondly, through the simple introduction of Ergonomics theory, Virtual simulation technology and Eye tracking technology in the field of Ergonomics and its application in the evaluation of interface design, thinking ergonomics, visual ergonomics and operating ergonomics as the first level indexes, combining with Interface design principles of Magazine Smashing website, establishing evaluation standards for the elements of education app interface and summarizing the characteristics of design of 30 education apps interface. According to the characteristics of the design of education app interface, analysis the design of interface of 30 education apps, conclude the universal and the insufficiency of the design of education app interface. Finally, through analyze the characteristics of design of the education app interface, concluding the laws of the design of education app interface. Research on the design rules and methods of educational app interface, providing reference for the design of educational app interface and optimizing the education app interface, lay a solid foundation for improving learners’ M-learning efficiency.
