【摘要】 随着社会的迅速发展,普通高中教育的定位也发生了改变。它不再停留于教学和管理,试图通过更接近教育本质涵义的指导来满足学生发展的多元需求。然而,当前我国普通高中学生发展指导的实践并不乐观,以“个体指导”为主的指导模式难以满足学生发展的需求。因此,本研究尝试从合作的角度探索适合我国普通高中情况的学生发展指导。本研究首先通过对相关文献的梳理,追溯了学生发展指导的起源,归纳了现代学生指导发展的趋势和特点,并在研究各国学生发展制度的基础上总结了学生发展指导兴起与发展的支撑力量,为后续的研究奠定了基础。其次,从教育发展的角度分析了合作指导的成因,并指出教育由“教育教学”走向“发展指导”,由以“个体指导”为主走向以“合作指导”为主是指导发展的必然趋势。第三,在厘清普通高中学生发展指导的学业、生涯和生活三个方面内容的基础上,分析了合作在其中的重要性与独特性。第四,以H中学为例,在结合其他学校实践的情况下,分析了合作指导的实施路径,即通过指导教师之间、学生之间、指导教师与家长之间以及学校与社会之间的合作,间接地或直接地对学生进行指导。最后在对以上内容研究的基础上进行了总结,得出了以下结论：1)合作指导更能满足学生发展中对指导的多元需求；2)合作指导内容的丰富性是对高中学生个性成长的保障；3)更趋开放的合作指导有利于指导路径的拓展；4)质量与成效的评估是进一步完善合作指导的必经之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of society, the role of the general high school education has changed. Instead of focusing on teaching and management, it tries to meet the diverse needs of students’ development through the guidance, which is closer to the essence of education. However, the current practice of school guidance and counseling for students’ development in Chinese general high school is not that much satisfactory, as "individual guidance"-centered guiding model cannot fully meet the demands of students’ development. Therefore, this research attempts to explore a school guidance program that fits for the Chinese general high school conditions from the perspective of collaboration.First of all, through sorting out and reviewing the relevant literature, the study traces the origin of school guidance and counseling, sums up the trend and characteristics of modern school guidance and counseling, and summarizes the forces that support the emergence and development of school guidance and counseling program on the basis of analyzing other countries’ guidance systems, so as to lay the foundation for the follow-up research. Second, the study analyzes the formation reasons for collaboration-based guidance from the perspective of educational development, and points out that it is inevitable that education changes from "teaching" to "developmental guidance", which is dominated by "collaboration-based guidance" instead of "individual guidance". Third, on the basis of clarifying the contents of school guidance, the research analyzes the significance and uniqueness of collaboration in it. Fourth, taking middle school H as an example, in combination with other schools’ practice, the study analyzes the implemental paths of collaborative school guidance and counseling, that is, guide students’ development directly or indirectly through the cooperation between counselors and counselors, counselors and teachers, students and students, counselors and parents, and schools and communities.Finally, four conclusions are drawn:1) Collaboration-based guidance can much more easily satisfy the diverse needs of guidance for students’development; 2) Content-rich collaboration-based guidance guarantees high school students’ personality growth; 3) More open-ended collaboration-based guidance is conducive to the expansion of guidance paths; 4) Effective evaluation is the key to the further development of school guidance and counseling for students’ development.更多还原
