高分林业生态工程监测应用移动端子系统研建

【摘要】 林业资源是国家战略资源,林业信息化建设是国家重点扶持项目,是国家信息化建设重大专项之一。“高分林业生态工程监测应用”对实现林业生态工程的信息化监测管理,推进林业信息化建设具有重大意义。论文主要对“高分林业生态工程监测应用移动端子系统”系统建设进行了研究分析。论文主要解决了林业外业工作的信息化问题,实现了外业调查工作中的数据管理功能,林地斑块空间数据及属性数据的编辑功能,标准地及样木调查信息的录入功能;解决了根据林地斑块边界计算林地面积的问题,以及对录入的林地斑块属性数据进行逻辑检查判断的问题。论文从系统需求、业务流程、开发技术及系统架构等方面提出了建设方案。系统采用显示层、业务层、数据层三层架构;系统采用Android平台进行开发;系统应用移动GIS技术、GPS技术开发相应的林业信息功能;系统功能包括:地图加载功能,空间数据编辑功能,野外数据的采集录入功能。
【Abstract】 Forestry resources are national strategic resources, and forestry informatization is the national key supported project, is one of the major projects of the national informatization construction. "High-Resolution Forestry Ecological Engineering Monitoring System" is of great significant to the achievement of monitoring and managing the Forestry Ecological Engineering, and of promoting the process of forestry informatization.The paper mainly talks about the research and analysis of the construction of "Mobile Subsystem of High-Resolution Forestry Ecological Engineering Monitoring System". The paper mainly solves the problems of informatization of the forestry outside work, achieve the function of data management in the outside work, the function of forest patches’ spatial data and attribute data editing, the function of sample land and sample tree survey information input; and solves the problems of area calculating according to the forest patch border, and of logic checks of the forest patches’attribute data.The paper proposed a construction plan by analyzing the system’s demands, business processes, development of technology and system’s architecture. The system uses three-tier architecture, the presentation tier, the business tier, data tier; the system uses Android to develop; the system uses mobile GIS and GPS technology to develop the forestry informational function; the functions of the system include:map loading function, spatial data editing function, field data collecting and input function.
