【摘要】 工程项目建设的整体过程中,对于成本的控制至关重要,成本控制管理的程度直接影响到工程项目的质量,成本控制是全面管理一个工程的重要环节,目前,如何抓好工程的成本控制被人们所重视。如何运用科学的成本管理手段和方法,既能保障工程的质量和工期,又能将建设项目成本控制在预期的范围内,这对节约成本,提高行业竞争力有着重要的意义和现实作用。论文以C沥青混凝土搅拌站建设项目为模型,重点分析项目建设的过程中对成本控制的研究,利用科学的方法和措施,控制其成本费用。首先,本文阐述了关于成本控制研究的背景和意义,说明项目成本控制在施工过程中的重要性。其次,重点介绍了成本控制的相关理论基础和控制方法,以C沥青搅拌站建设项目为模型,利用挣值分析法,准确找出工程施工过程中存在的偏差,掌握项目建设中的计划与实际偏差。运用挣值分析法计算成本偏差率,据此分析偏差的原因,有针对性的做出处理,尽量缩小偏差额。最后,对项目建设的成本控制提出合理化建设方案,通过挣值原理,有效的成本控制途径,达到完成该项目的成本控制的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the whole process of project construction, the cost control is very important, the degree of cost control management is directly influenced by the quality of the project. How to use scientific methods of cost management, can guarantee the quality and duration of the project, but also the construction project cost control in the expected range, which has important significance and practical role in saving cost and improving the competitiveness of the industry.This paper takes the C asphalt concrete mixing station construction project as the model, analyzes the cost control in the process of the project construction, the use of scientific methods and measures to control the cost of the project. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on the cost control, and explains the importance of the project cost control in the construction process. Secondly, it focuses on the theoretical basis and control methods of cost control, the C asphalt mixing station construction project as the model, the use of earned value analysis method, to find out the deviation in the process of engineering construction, to grasp the project construction plan and the actual deviation. Using the earned value analysis method to calculate the cost deviation rate, according to the analysis of the reasons for the deviation, and to make the processing, as far as possible to reduce the amount of deviation. Finally, the cost control of project construction is put forward to realize the goal of cost control of the project through the earned value principle, the effective cost control way.更多还原
