【摘要】 进入21世纪,经济一体化席卷全球,人们的多样化和个性化需求逐步彰显出来,使得市场面临的不确定性因素越来越多,企业间的竞争也愈来愈激烈。在这种瞬息万变的市场环境下,能够及时、高品质、低成本将产品交付给用户对企业管理者来说是一个非常大的挑战。在多样化和个性化日益彰显的当代,多品种、小批量生产是主要的生产方式,它能够灵活的适应市场需求,及时的生产。但同时也给企业带来一些挑战:如库存大、品种多、批量不一、交付期长等问题。传统意义上的生产管理方法已经不能满足现代市场复杂多变的环境,不能满足用户需求。因此,如何在传统管理方法基础上不断的优化多品种小批量生产的生产管理流程是当今企业亟需解决的问题之一。本文根据S客车有限公司的生产活动特点,挖掘其存在的问题,结合现代科学管理方法和工作经验,实现对该企业的生产管理流程改进,以达到低成本、高品质、按时交付的目的。本文包含如下内容:首先,明确S客车有限公司为多品种小批量的生产方式,阐述国内外对多品种小批量生产方式的研究情况,并对相关的理论知识逐一进行介绍;其次,阐述S客车有限公司经营及生产的现状,找出制约企业实现目标的问题,并对问题进行原因分析,针对问题原因,利用MRPⅡ、JIT及TOC等先进管理思想、结合传统管理方法优势和企业实际情况,提出流程改进的原则、指导思想和目标,综合MPRⅡ、JIT及TOC的思想及核心内容改进生产计划控制流程;最终,将改进后的流程运用到S客车有限公司中,在制度保障、领导足够重视的条件下,得以顺利实施,解决S客车有限公司生产管理方法混乱的问题,它的应用有利于实现生产计划与控制的精细化与准时化,能够有效控制库存,实现产品低成本、高品质及按时交付的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21 st century, economic integration sweeping the globe, people’s diversity and individual needs gradually revealed as such uncertainties the market faces more and more competition among enterprises is getting fierce. In this rapidly changing market environment, timely, high-quality, low-cost products for business managers delivered to the user is a very big challenge.In the increasingly diversified and personalized celebration of contemporary, more variety, small batch production is the main mode of production, its flexibility to adapt to market demand, timely production. But also to bring some challenges: such as inventory, variety, mixed batch, delivery of long and other issues. Production and management methods in the traditional sense has been unable to meet the modern market complex environment, can not meet the needs of users. Therefore, how to continue to optimize the many varieties of small batch production and management processes in the traditional management approach is based on one of today’s enterprises need to solve the problem. Based on the characteristics of production activities S Bus Co., Ltd., and tap its problems, combined with modern scientific management methods and experience to achieve the enterprise’s production and management process improvement in order to achieve low-cost, high-quality, on-time delivery of the object.This article contains the following: First, clear S Bus Co., Ltd. for the many varieties of small batch production methods, elaboration of many varieties of small batch production mode of research at home and abroad, and relevant theoretical knowledge introduced one by one; secondly, elaborate S bus situation Co. and production, to identify constraints to business goals, and problem cause analysis, for the cause of the problem, use MRPⅡ, JIT and TOC and other advanced management ideas, combined with the advantages of traditional management methods and actual situation of enterprises, put forward process improvement principles, guidelines and objectives, integrated MPRⅡ, JIT and TOC content and core ideas to improve production planning and control processes; ultimately, the improved process applied to the S bus Co., Ltd., in system security, leadership attention enough under the conditions, the smooth implementation, resolve S bus Co., Ltd. production and management methods chaos problems, its application is conducive to production planning and control and refinement of JIT, can effectively control inventory, and product cost, high quality and on time the purpose of delivery.更多还原
