【摘要】 高中教育承上启下,在九年义务教育基础上担负着进一步提高国民素质、培养合格公民的使命。高中教育不但会带动基础教育质量控制的提升,还影响着高中教育的空间广度。因此,对高级中等教育教学的研究具有极为重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文的主要内容包括:第一部分,主要从研究背景出发,阐述开展高级中等教育教学质量控制研究是在社会主义市场经济条件下,符合社会发展潮流趋势的。并进一步从研究意义,国内外研究文献综述以及研究思路和研究方法来表明发展高级中等教育教学质量控制的重要性。第二部分,主要对高中教学质量控制理论进行分析,分别从以下四个方面进行阐述:相关概念界定及理论基础;质量保证体系的构建依据;高中教学质量控制体系的构架和高中教学质量控制内容体系。第三部分,分析某县高中教育教学质量控制问题及影响因素,首先阐明某县高中教育教学质量控制方式及存在的主要问题;其次,对某县高中教育教学质量控制影响因素进行分析;最后,针对教学质量控制关键影响因素成因分析。第四部分,论述某县高中教育教学质量控制体系构建,主要由以下四个方面进行:转变观念合理定位;改革培养模式和教学方法;加强师资队伍建设;完善教学质量监控与评价体系。得出相关结论和提出建议和意见。更多还原
