BIM技术在建设工程项目管理中的应用研究

【摘要】 大型建设项目已在我国建筑业中占据极大的比例,实现建设项目全寿命周期管理是项目管理追求的目标,实施全寿命管理能更加有效的掌控项目策划、实施及运营各阶段,以达到为工程建设增值的目的。然而,随着建筑规模及建筑复杂程度不断提高,建设期增长,项目参与人员众多,许多大型项目的项目管理工作很难一一落实。信息缺失、信息集成化程度低,各方参与者沟通协调困难成为项目管理者的一大难题,另外,组织模式、技术方面也不能满足大型项目的建设要求。建设信息模型(BIM)的出现,给建设项目全寿命周期管理带来新的契机,它将信息化技术引入项目全寿命周期,并用数字化手段将项目管理的各阶段统一起来,通过实现可视化、系统协调、模拟优化、专业出图等一系列在传统项目管理中无法实现的功能,有效地协调了各参建方的沟通,形成了一种以BIM技术为中心的新的项目管理模式。本文通过了解BIM在国内外的应用现状,对基于BIM的项目全生命周期管理进行了深入研究。文章采用了文献研究法、案例研究法等多种研究方法,分析了基于BIM的新型管理组织模式,并在此基础上研究BIM在建设工程项目全寿命周期中的应用,研究证明了BIM在各阶段的应用能够解决传统项目管理中出现的问题。另外,论文以“中国尊”项目工程为例,具体介绍了BIM模型从项目前期策划到运营维护各阶段的实际应用,事实证明BIM技术在提高工程质量、优化系统功能、节约资源、提高管理水平方面取得了很好的效果。论文通过分析得出BIM在建设项目管理中能够发挥巨大的作用,为项目管理开辟了新的道路,更成为建筑行业完全走向信息化的桥梁和工具。我国的BIM技术仍处于初级阶段,在未来的发展中难免会遇到困难和障碍,这有赖于项目管理者在项目建设中不断地探索和改进,BIM在全寿命周期中的应用将有很大的研究与发展空间。

【Abstract】 Large construction projects has occupied a great proportion of the construction industry in our country,to achieve the full life-cycle management of construction projects is the goal of project management,life-cycle management can implement more effectiVe control of project planning,inlplementation and operations of each stage in order to achieve as the project has added value.However, as the size of the complex degree of continuous improvement and building construction,construction of growth,many people involved in the project,many project management of large projects is difficult to put into practice.Infomation is missing,the low degree of integration of information, communication and coordination difficulties participant parties become a major problem project managers,in addition,organizational models,technology can not meet the requirements of large-scale construction projects.Building infomation modeling(BIM)appeared,to the construction project life cycle management to bring new opportunities,it infomation technology into the project life cycle,and use digital means to the various stages of project management unify through visualization system coordination,simulation and optimization,in a series of traditional project management can not be achieved in the plot and other professional functions effectively coordinated communication among participation party,formed a kind of BIM technology-centric new project management model.Learn BIM model in this paper application status at home and abroad, for the entire life-cycle management BIM-based projects conducted in-depth research.Article uses a literature study, case studies method to analyze the organizational model based on the new management of BIM and BIM in construction engineering research project life cycle on this basis,studies have shown that BIM at each stage of the application of traditional project management can solve the problems.In addition,the paper China Zun as an example,introduces the BIM model from pfe-project planning to the operation and maintenance of the Various stages of the application,the fact that BIM technology to improve project quality,optimizing system functionality,conserve resources,improve management level achieved good results.Papers obtained by analysis of BIM in construction project management can play a huge role in the project management has opened up new roads,me construction industry to become more fully to bridge the information and tools.Our BIM technology is still in its infancy,the future development will inevitably encounter difficulties and obstacles,which depends on project managers continue to explore and improve the project construction,BIM application life-cycle will be of great research and development space.
