基于WLAN的楼层判断及定位追踪算法研究

【摘要】 卫星定位系统在室外广阔区域为人们提供定位服务,由于建筑对信号的阻挡,使其在室内无法发挥作用。基于WLAN位置指纹的室内定位技术弥补了这一不足,借助于已广泛部署的WLAN资源实现定位,有效降低系统成本,成为近年来室内定位的一个研究热点。本文对WLAN定位技术进行了较深入的研究,并针对实际三维场景下高度方向的楼层判断和二维平面内的定位追踪算法进行了研究。通过算法比较和实验分析,证明了方案的有效性和可行性。此外,还设计了一套高精度定位在资产管理中的应用系统。本文主要做了以下几个方面的工作:1、基于WLAN的楼层判别方法研究。对现有的定位方法中高度方向的定位进行了研究,提出了一种基于WLAN的楼层判断方法,考虑到手机端日益强大的传感器系统,本文还进一步研究了将加速度传感器信息与WLAN信息融合的楼层判断方法。2、融合WLAN位置指纹与加速度计的粒子滤波定位追踪算法研究。针对室内定位技术中常用的滤波技术进行了深入的研究和分析,提出了一种融合W WLAN位置指纹与加速度计的粒子滤波定位追踪算法,使定位输出轨迹更加平滑。3、基于移动终端的高精度定位在资产管理中的应用。资产管理对每个企事业单位都是一项十分重要的工作。在资产的管理中,若能提供资产的位置信息,对资产的管理将大有帮助,真正实现资源共享,信息互通,使管理者能够对资产的分布、使用情况一目了然。本文采用项目组的定位方案,基于第三方移动终端设计了一款资产管理软件。

【Abstract】 Satellite positioning system provides location-based services for people in the outdoor area, but it can’t play a role in the indoor area due to the construction’s blocking of signal. Indoor positioning technology based on WLAN fingerprinting can use wireless resources to realize positioning, making up for this shortage, by means of the existing wireless local-area network (WLAN) infrastructures. Due to the advantage of cost, it has become a research hot spot in the field of indoor positioning, recently.In this paper, the study of WLAN positioning technology is mainly on the aspect of floor identification in the vertical direction and tracking algorithm within the two-dimensional plane. In addition, the design and implementation of an asset management system with high-precision positioning is completed in this paper.The thesis focuses on the following aspects:1. Research on WLAN-based floor identification methodThis part analyses the existing methods of positioning in height, and then proposed a WLAN-based floor identification method. Taking into account the increasingly powerful mobile terminal sensor system, the paper further studies the method integrating the acceleration sensor and WLAN information in floor identification.2. Proposed a tracking algorithm integrating the WLAN fingerprinting location result and accelerometer result on the basis of particle filter.Analysis of common filtering technology in indoor positioning field is conducted. A tracking algorithm integrating the WLAN fingerprinting location result and accelerometer result on the basis of particle filter is proposed, which makes location result smooth.3. Design and implementation an asset management system with high-precision positioning on the mobile terminal.Asset management is very important for each enterprise. Providing asset location information will be of great help in asset management. For example it helps to realize resource sharing, information exchange, enabling managers to have a good understanding of the distribution of assets. In this paper, an asset management software is achieved under the project team’s study of indoor positioning technology. It calculated position on the mobile ends.
