基于ASP.NET技术的仓库管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着近年经济的飞速发展、贸易的全球化和科技的不断进步,仓库管理系统在企业管理与竞争中所处的地位也越来越高。仓库管理作为企业管理的一个组成部分,是企业生产、销售、资金周转的纽带,也是企业管理中最繁杂的一个环节。仓库管理包含了大量琐碎的工作,如产品入库、出库、存储、数量统计、产品类别管理等工作,每天大量产品的出、入库等操作,产生大量的操作单据与产品数量的变化,特别是对于移动公司,工程施工中产品的调用采用究竟原则,如何合理的在不同的仓库中存放一定数量产品也是仓库管理中一个重要的环节,更为仓库的管理带来一定的难度。本研究针对东莞移动公司在仓库管理中出现的如上问题,并基于公司对仓库信息处理的需求和仓库管理人员工作需求的调查,设计并实现了基于ASP.NET平台的仓库管理系统。系统在总体架构上采用了B/S结构,开发技术上采用ASP.NET。此外为了提高系统的稳定性,使用SQLServer2008作为后台数据库,为了保证系统界面的友好性和易操作性,采用jquery技术进行界面的开发。多种技术的综合运用,可较好的满足了企业对仓库管理的需求。本研究阐述了仓库管理系统的需求分析,主要包括用户管理、仓库管理、产品管理、单据管理、信息发布管理、数据统计等业务分析及它们的功能需求,并分析了它们的数据流程。在需求分析的基础上,给出了系统的体系架构的设计、功能模的划分、以及入库管理、出库管理、库存查询、用户管理、数据报表生成的功能模块设计、数据库的设计、系统的最终实现和测试过程及结果。研究结果表明,本研究设计的仓库管理系统可较好的满足东莞移动公司仓库管理工作中的各类业务需求,并有效的提高了仓库管理的效率。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy, globalization of trade and the progress of science and technology in recent years, the warehouse management system become more and more important role in the enterprise management and competition. Warehouse management, as a part of enterprise management, is a the production, sales and capital turnover link in the enterprise, it is also one of the most complex part in enterprise management. Warehouse management contains a lot of trivial work, such as product number of inbound, outbound, storage, statistics, category management, which produce large amounts of operation document. With the change of the product quantity, how to reasonably store a certain number of products in different warehouses is an important part, which brings certain difficulty to warehouse management.To solve above-mentioned problems in warehouse management of DongGuan Mobile Corporation, we designed and implemented a warehouse management based the platform of NET, and this work is on the basis of investigation of the needs of processing information from the enterprise and the work requirements of warehouse administrators. The system uses B/S as the overall structure. In order to improve the stability and robustness of the system, SQL Server 2008 was used for database. To make the interface friendly and easy to operation, JQUERY was used as the development interface. With the integrated application of multiple technologies, this system meets the demand for corporation on warehouse management.This paper describes the demand analysis of warehouse management system, including user management, warehouse management, products management, document management, information management, data statistics and other businesses and their functional demands and analyzes their data flow. On the basis of the demand analysis, we demonstrated design of framework of the system, division of functional modules, entry and out management, inventory inquiries, user management, the functional modules design of data report generation, the design of database, final implementation of the system and the process and results of testing. This implementation of this system meets the needs of various business work of warehouse management and dramatically improves the efficiency of warehouse management.
