摇摆柱用再生自密实钢管混凝土性能的研究

【摘要】 自密实混凝土无需振捣可在自重作用下实现密集配筋,可满足施工时无法振捣的钢管混凝土,如海洋平台摇摆结构等。建筑物的拆除及破坏,必然会产生建筑垃圾,对建筑废弃物的再次循环利用形成再生骨料,用高性能再生骨料配制再生混凝土,有利于环境保护,降低成本。本文重点研究了高品质再生粗骨料不同比例(0、40%、70%、100%)取代天然粗骨料,不同胶凝材料体系对高性能混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。同时将自密实再生混凝土应用到钢管混凝土摇摆柱中,进行钢管混凝土摇摆柱抗弯抗剪性能试验。为了保证再生自密实混凝土的各项性能,特别是工作性能满足施工要求,本试验通过利用矿粉、粉煤灰及高效聚羧酸减水剂等组分,根据再生粗骨料不同掺量配制C50高强混凝土,试验得出再生骨料掺量对再生自密实混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。基于对试验结果的分析得出的一些结论可为废弃混凝土的再利用提供研究依据。考虑到摇摆墙结构需要自身刚度很大,因此采用钢管混凝土柱,即采用高强钢管和高强再生密实混凝土研制高强钢管混凝土摇摆柱。本文对钢管混凝土摇摆柱进行了三点弯曲试验,研究了其抗弯和抗剪性能,得出最优截面形式。
【Abstract】 Self compacting concrete without vibration can realize dense reinforcement under its own weight, which can meet the needs of the construction of concrete filled steel tube not vibrating, such as marine platform swing structure. Demolition of buildings and failure, will produce construction waste, construction waste recycling on the formation of recycled aggregate, high performance of recycled aggregate of recycled concrete, is conducive to environmental protection, reduce costs, and can improve the performance of concrete construction. This paper focuses on the research of high-quality recycled coarse aggregate in different proportions(0, 40%, 70%,100%) instead of natural aggregate, effect of different cementitious material system for high performance concrete workability, mechanical properties and durability of. At the same time apply self- compacting recycled concrete to steel concrete swing column, carrying out the bending and shear performance experiment.In order to ensure the regeneration performance of self compacting concrete,especially the capability to meet the construction requirements, the test through the use of slag, fly ash and polycarboxylate superplasticizer and other components,according to the preparation of C50 strength grade recycled coarse aggregate concrete with different content, experiment of recycled self compacted concrete compressive strength of recycled aggregate quantity. Some conclusions on the analysis of the test results obtained for the reutilization of waste concrete to provide research basis.Taking into account the needs of their own rocking wall structure stiffness is large, so a concrete column, which uses high-strength steel and high strength concrete development of high-strength steel concrete rocking column. In this paper,CFST swing column has been carried on the three point bending test, study the flexural and shear properties.
