盐水电解回用装置控制系统的设计

【摘要】 世界工业飞速进步,产业结构化调整加速。以高效、环保和自动控制为目标的大量新技术的呈现,使工业发生了以结构变化为特点的发展趋势。产业结构发展的同时,需要相应的安全可靠、开发简单、高度开放以及便于维护的控制系统迫在眉睫。艾默生的DeltaV DCS充分采用了最新计算机技术、数字通讯技术、网络技术、图形控制等,并且融合了现场总线、OPC (OLE for Process Control)、工业以太网等先进技术,为广大用户提供了可供方便操作的操作画面以及简单直观的组态开发手段,并能对现场复杂的状况提供精确的控制。论文主要针对盐水回用装置控制系统的设计与调试进行了研究。文章以盐水电解回用装置项目为切入点,简要阐述了盐水电解回用现状与前景、DCS系统结构、控制网络、功能等,同时介绍了盐水回用电解回用装置的工艺流程和工程概况,其次介绍制定了含盐废水回用初步方案及控制系统方案,通过了对各工艺流程阶段几个典型的控制回路设计的举例阐述了控制系统的实现。在方案实现方面,结合工艺流程重点阐述了PID控制,串级控制,分程控制,设备开停车控制,顺序控制及紧急连锁。在DeltaV DCS集散控制系统的基础上,结合现场总线技术、DCS组态软件、工业以太网、PROFIBUS等先进工业控制技术,最终完成了盐水回用装置的软件开发与组态,后期现场经过静态及动态测试,实现了盐水处理与检测过程的自动调整,控制系统调节和将现场工艺参数实现自动控制,关键的工艺数据有联锁保护,并且有声光报警提示。上述方案的实现,最终盐水处理及检测处于可控状态,有效保障了盐水检测准确,对整个盐水回用控制系统的平稳起到了必要作用,实现了盐水盐水回用装置可靠稳定的运行。
【Abstract】 The world science and technology goes ahead at very fast speed, the adjustment of industrial structure expidite. The appearance of numerous new technology aimed at high effect, energy saving and environmental protection promotes the development tendency charactered with structure changes in the industry. With the development of the industrial structure, the corresponding safe, reliable, easy to develop and easy to maintain control system imminent need. Emerson DeltaV DCS fully using the latest computer, digital communicatio, network, graphics control, and the integration of fieldbus, OPC, industrial Ethernet and other advanced technology, convenient operation view and a simple intuitive configuration available for user. And able to provides complex control for siteThis topic mainly aims at the control system of desigen and application. Taking the Salt water Recycling Improvement project as a starting point. Simply discussed the development status, trends and prospects of Salt water Recycling, DSC system structure, control network, function and so on. Also introduced process and situation the project. Then introduced the preliminary program and control system of the Salt water Recycling Improvement project. Through a few typical control loop of each process to explain the relization of control system.In the aspect of the project carrying out, Focus on the introduction of PID control, cascade control, split-range control, equipment start control, sequence control, and emergency control in the process. On the basis of DeltaV DCS distributed control system, combined with the configuration software, Fieldbus, OPC, Industrial Ethernet, PROFIBUS and other advanced industrial control technology, the final completion of the software development and configuration in the project were final completion. Then through the static and dynamic site test enabling the automatic adjustment in saline-treated and detection process. System and process parameters can be adjusted to achieve automatic control, critical process parameters interlock protection, all process parameters alarm, sequence control procedure have a status display. To achieve the above scheme, the final saline treatment and testing in a controlled state, the effective protection of the brine accurate detection, to smooth the entire system played a necessary role in achieving the DCS control process advancement, openness and reliability requirements.
