面向中小无纺布制造企业的质量管理信息系统研究与开发

【摘要】 近些年,中小型企业作为主力军,对我国经济快速稳定发展起到了不可替代的作用。质量是企业生存和发展的保证,是其提高效益的关键,现代信息技术的发展以及各个企业对质量管理重视度的提高,极大地促进了计算机质量管理信息系统的研究与应用,但质量管理信息系统在具体应用的过程中仍然有不少问题存在。本文课题是与某中小无纺布制造企业的合作项目,完成“面向中小无纺布制造企业的质量管理信息系统”的开发。本文系统地研究了课题的背景、理论方法、技术框架、关键技术和辅助软件开发。主要工作内容包括:1)阐述计算机质量管理信息系统的研究背景与意义,讨论其研究现状和发展趋势;研读国内外有关文献,综合比较各类建模工具,提出一种基于工作流的质量管理过程模型。2)在分析无纺布企业全部质量业务活动,研究无纺布产品制造过程的关键工序和无纺布质量特性的基础上,给出了课题所要研发系统软件的总体框架,从模块化系统开发方法出发,研究并设计系统的组织模型、功能模型和信息模型。3)针对无纺布制造企业多品种批量化生产的特点及其对质量可追溯性的要求,研究批次管理与标识方法,定制符合中小无纺布制造企业的批次编码体系,在此基础上,提出产品质量可追溯性方案;从系统的生产作业计划的功能需求出发,结合对最优生产技术的研究,实现基于OPT的作业计划质量优化。4)根据软件工程原理,完成系统数据库的概念结构设计和逻辑结构设计,并初步完成面向中小无纺布制造企业的质量管理信息系统软件原型,结合企业实际进行了验证。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, small and medium-sized enterprises as a new force have played an important role, which have an irreplaceable status. Quality is the guarantee of the survival and development of enterprises and it is the key to improving its effectiveness. The development of modern information technology and the enhancing awareness of the importance of quality management have greatly promoted the research of quality management information system (QIMS). But quality management information system still has a lot of problems in the practical application. In this paper, based on a cooperative project with a small and medium-sized non-woven fabric manufacturing enterprise, this dissertation is titled as "Research and Development of Quality Management Information System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Non-woven Fabric", researching key technologies, the background, technical framework and so on systematically. The main tasks in this paper including:1) Describe the background and significance of the quality management information system. Discuss the research status quo and development trend. By comprehensive comparison of various types of modeling tools, propose a model for quality management process based on workflow with the study of relevant literature at home and abroad.2) On the basis of the research of quality management process of non-woven fabric manufacturing enterprise, analyze enterprise quality business activities, the key processes of product manufacturing and its quality characteristics. Propose the overall model framework of quality management information system for small and medium-sized enterprises of non-woven fabric. According to the modular design method, research and design the organization model, the function model and information model based on the framework.3) For the multi-varieties and batch production characteristics of non-woven fabric manufacturing enterprises and the quality traceability requirements, Study batch management and identification methods and establish an encoding system for non-woven fabric manufacturing enterprises. On this basis, propose product quality traceability programs. From the functional requirements of the system of shop job scheduling, develop the shop job scheduling method based on OPT.4) According to the software engineering principles, complete the system database conceptual design and logical structure design and initially complete the software prototype of the small and medium-sized nonwoven fabric manufacturing enterprise quality management information system. Finally, the software system is implemented with business practice.
