【摘要】 社会的不断更新与发展,给生活在二十一世纪的我们带来了一个个崭新的课题,我们所居住的城市发展越来越快,环境的不断发展与更新伴随而来,我们城市综合性公园的建设与发展也随之紧锣密鼓起来。近年来,我国的新建城市公园数量不断增多,老百姓的物质条件和生活水平不断的提高,旧公园和老公园却不断的在老化,显露出来很多的问题,迫切的需要改造与更新。本篇文章结合国内外相关改造案例,在详细的研究城市综合性公园改造的理论与方法的基础上,分析了存在的问题和解决方案,探讨适合我国城市公园改造的策略与发展方向。本文是以上海市宝山区老公园改造为案例,根据掌握宝山区老公园改造的案例分析研究,结合本人公园改造设计与管理的亲身经历与经验,归纳总结了城市综合性公园改造更新的成功经验与方法,希望能达到城市综合性公园改造与更新的创新思路和策略。以宝山区公园改造为例,选择月浦公园、友谊公园、永清公园等最具有代表性的公园作案例研究,分析并总结,提出城市公园改造中,应明确公园存在的问题,确定公园改造总体思路,明确公园定位,采取正确的加减法,去陈更新,解决对公园的有机组成部分的保留和改造问题,形成较为成熟的公园改造设计,并在改造实践中不断调整完善。第一章是绪论,主要介绍城市综合公园改造建设的研究背景与研究框架,解析国内外研究概况,提出本文研究目的与研究意义。第二章着重分析了综合性公园改造建设理论与方法,提出指导性研究方向。第三章是对国内外相关案例的研究,以美国华盛顿纪念碑公园、法国城市和公园、沈阳北陵公园及汕头中山公园改造为例,研究城市综合性公园的改造过程与方法。第四章针对上海市宝山区老公园改造的实践经验,分别列举了宝山区月浦公园、友谊公园及永清公园的案例,为后面城市综合性公园改造的原则与策略研究做出实证分析奠定基础。第五章则阐述城市综合性公园改造建设的基本原则与策略,提出以人为本生态优先等原则,并对具体改造元素进行了分析解读。第六章总结了城市综合公园改造建设的结论与讨论,对后续改造建设发展提出了尊重场地、尊重生态、尊重历史等相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constantly updated with the development of society, to life in twenty-first Centur y brought us a new topic, what we live in the city is becoming more and more fast, a long with the continuous development and updating of the environment, the constructi on and development of comprehensive park in our city has been intensive. In recent y ears, the number of China’s new city park continued to increase, improve people’s phys ical conditions and the living level constantly, the old parks is constantly in the agin g, exposed many problems need to transform and update the urgent. This article unifie s the domestic and foreign related renovation case, based on the theory and method of city comprehensive park with the transformation, analyzes the existing problems and solutions, to explore the strategy and development direction for City Park renovation in china. This paper is to transform the old Baoshan District Park in Shanghai city as a case, according to the Baoshan District old park reconstruction case analysis, combin ed with personal experience and the experience of design and management of individ ual Park transformation, summarized the successful experience and method for updating the city comprehensive park transformation, hoping to reach the city comprehensive pa rk renovation and renewal of ideas and strategies. With the renovation of Baoshan Dis trict Park as an example, a case study for selecting Yuepu Park, Youyi Park, Yongqin g Park, the most representative of the park, analysis and summary, put forward the cit y park, park should be clear problems, determine the park transformation overall train o f thought, clear park location, take the addition and subtraction right, to Chen updat e, solve the organic part of the conservation and transformation of the park, the format ion of the park transformation design more mature, and in the transformation of practi ce constantly adjust and improve.The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the city comprehensive p ark transformation of the construction of the research background and research frame work, research situation analysis at home and abroad, puts forward the research purpo se and research significance.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the comprehensive park reconstru ction theory and method, proposed the direction of guidance.The third chapter is the study of the domestic and for eignrelated cases in the U nited States of America, Washington Monument Park transformation, the French city an d park transformation, Shenyang Beiling Park transformation and the ZhongShan Park i n Shantou for example, transformation process and method of city comprehensive par k.The fourth chapter of practical experience for the reconstruction of the old Baosh an District Park in Shanghai City, introduces Baoshan District Yuepu Park, Youyi Par k and Yongqing Park case, making empirical analysislays the foundation for the study of the principles and Strategies of comprehensive park behind the transformation of cit y.The fifth chapter describes the basic principles and Strategies of the transformatio n of the construction of the city comprehensive park, proposed humanist eco priority principle, and the concrete reform elements were analyzed for interpretation.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions and discuss the transformation of t he construction of the city comprehensive park, on the further improvement of constr uction and development of respecting the site, respect for ecological, respect history a nd other related proposals.更多还原
