110kV翠云变电站输变电工程电气部分可行性论证

【摘要】 基于普洱市生态城市打造、大中河引水项目中六顺乡两座大型泵站建设项目实施以及六顺片区负荷的增长等原因,致使现有变电容量不能满足负荷发展的需求。为满足上述新增负荷用电需求,加强和完善六顺周边35kV电网结构,并提高该片区供电可靠性,需实施110kV翠云输变电工程。本文以普洱市110kV翠云输变电工程为研究对象,对于在六顺镇建设110kV变电站的必要性进行分析,对该工程建设中电气部分设计的可行性进行研究。首先介绍了项目研究的背景,分析了普洱市自然经济概况和电网现状,对思茅区的负荷发展进行了预测,提出了该区域内电力能源供需方面存在的矛盾和问题。结合普洱电网的发展规划,指出了在六顺镇建设一座110kV变电站的必要性。通过对当地电网进行现状进行分析,确定了110kV翠云变接入方式,变压器的选型,并通过短路电流计算,对变电一二次设备、通信设备进行选型,对110kV翠云变电站输变电工程电气部分设计的可行性进行了详细分析。

【Abstract】 With Pu’er Ecological City creating, two large pumping station build for water diversing at Zhonghe river in Liushun area, and the load growing, the existing substation capacity can not meet the needs of the development of the load.In order to meet the new load demand for electricity, strengthening and improving the Liushun area surrounding 35kV Power Grid Structure and improve the area power supply reliability, Cuiyun 110kV power transmission project needs to be implemented.The 110kV Cuiyun power transmission project as the research object, for in Liushun area 110kV substation construction the necessity analysis, the feasibility of the construction of the project in the design of electrical were studied.Firstly, introduced the background of the research project, Pu’er City’s natural and economic survey and current situation of power grid is analyzed and the load development of Simao district are predicted, and the contradictions and problems in the regional power supply and demand of energy is proposed. Secondly, the necessity of building a 110kV substation in the Liushun area is pointed out with the development plan of Pu’er electric power network. Finally, through the present situation on the local power grid analysis, determine the 110kV Cuiyun variable access mode, transformer selection, and through the short-circuit current calculation, electric secondary equipment, communications equipment, to change the selection, of 110kV Cuiyun substation power transmission project electrical part design can line are analyzed in detail.
