【摘要】 BKM上海公司是一家美商独资,集研发、生产、销售、服务为一体的化学品制造企业。随着企业销售规模的不断增长,客户需求的交货期越来越短以及品种越来越多,导致BKM公司的整体库存量也在不断的增加,这样给企业的运营成本带来沉重的压力,为此,迫切需要研究BKM公司的库存管理策略。本文以BKM上海公司为研究对象,分析了该公司库存管理存在的问题,提出了基于ABC分类的原材料和成品的库存管理策略；同时,针对公司物料的相关性,提出了基于MRP的库存管理策略；最后,提出了基于信息共享的库存管理策略,包括基于CPFR的库存管理以及VMI的库存管理。本文的研究将有助于BKM公司量身定制出高效并具实际可操作性的库存管理方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 BKM (Shanghai) is a leading US WOFE chemical plant specialized in R&D, production, marketing & sales, and technical services. Currently BKM is confronted with the challenge of substantial pressure in the operation cost and financial standing arising from the reduced lead time and an increasing number of SKUS requested by the customers with the continued expansion of the company sales quantity, and consequently the total inventory quantity is on the rise, thus giving rise to the urgent study of the optimal inventory management strategy for BKM.This paper has analyzed the existing problems with BKM inventory management and proposed raw materials and finished product inventory management strategy based on ABC classification by studying BKM (Shanghai); meanwhile MRP-based inventory strategy is proposed in response to the relevance of the company materials; the paper has proposed the inventory management strategy based on information sharing, including CPFR inventory management and VMI inventory management. This research is helpful for this company to design and customize the optimal inventory management strategy with high efficiency and practicability.更多还原
