【摘要】 在经济全球化不断深入和客户需求多样化的形势下,多品种小批量的采购模式逐渐被企业所接受。然而,多品种小批量采购的主要特点是单个订单量数量少,而同一交货期内的产品种类却很多,这就要求生产企业改变生产方式的次数越来越多,辅助生产时间变长,生产现场变得更为混乱,生产更难有序地组织。对生产企业来说最明显的就是产量明显下降,而生产成本却在不断地攀升。21世纪的竞争不再是企业和企业之间的竞争,而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争,因此,那些在零部件制造方面占有独特地位的中小型供应商,将成为大型装配主导型企业追逐的对象。研究供应链管理所强调的快速反应市场需求、战略管理、高柔性、低风险、成本-效益目标等优势,对企业能适应未来新时代的要求有着重要的意义。然而,在供应链中各要素不完整、要素自身能力欠佳、要素间衔接度不够和信息化水平较低的情况下,大多数企业一时还无法实现根本性的变革来适应新形势的发展。为此本文以生产轨道和商用车制动系统的制造商巨头—科博公司为例来剖析多品种小批量采购模式下的供应链管理问题以及其价值流在供应链能否高效流转的问题。本文首先对供应链和供应链管理的理论进行有效梳理,然后对多品种小批量采购进行详细描述并突出信息化在其中的重要作用,从而为研究打好理论基础。接下来本文对科博公司的供应链管理现状进行深入剖析,发现该公司供应链管理中各要素不完整、供应链管理中各要素的衔接度以及供应链中各要素自身存在不足等问题。然后,本文通过分析发现的问题,对科博公司的供应链管理提出了可行化建议从而完善了该公司在供应链管理方面的欠缺。最后,本文用形象化的流程图对优化后的科博公司在供应链管理进行梳理,并配合方案的实施条件和过程维护。本文虽以科博公司为例研究多品种小批量供应链的价值流,但也希望其理论对其他企业的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economic globalization and the capricious demanding of customers,many varieties of small batch purchasing has been used by more and more companies. However, many varieties of small batch purchasing needs higher technical support and well organized production, so this makes companies reduce output and increase production costs. As we all know, the competition in 21 centuries is not only between enterprises, but also between supply chains. In this situation the small and medium-sized suppliers will be the sought-after ones to the large assembly oriented enterprises. Therefore, with the advantages of rapid reaction to market demand, low risk and improving strategy management, the research of supply chain for companies is more important nowadays.However, as the lack of the key elements of supply chain, the lack of the key elements capability, the lack of the communication between key elements and the limit of the information, even many companies know the important of the supply chain for them, but they cannot change the management thoroughly. The essay analyze the situation of supply chain in The Knorr-Bremse Group, with the result of the analysis, the essay put forward reasonable suggestions for the company, and make some flow charts to describe the process of the supply chain management. Furthermore, some attached plans have been made, so as to make the above improving supply chain management implements well.The study gives The Knorr-Bremse Group a good method to improve the supply chain management, meanwhile gives a chance for most of the companies who want to improve their supply chain management.
