云南省公路超限车辆自动检测识别系统的研究与分析

【摘要】 在路政部门的日常管理中,由于公路路线长、机动车流动性大,仅仅依靠路政部门拦截车辆进入治超站内接受当场处罚的执法工作方式,已不能适应当前公路超限车辆治理工作形势发展的需要。利用无人值守的、且能在车辆高速运行状态下、达到国标要求的称重精度,便捷的超限检测系统来查处超限违法行为,并辅之以非现场执法手段,已成为治理超限、预防道路交通事故、保护公路路产的重要手段。同时,路政总队计划在昆武等4个高速路段建设无人值守的超限车辆自动检测识别系统应用示范点,需要开发一套适用的软件系统,用于对示范点的超限车辆检测数据进行采集和管理。‘论文介绍了云南省公路超限车辆自动检测识别系统的研究背景、项目意义和国内外研究应用现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作;在业务分析中,论文对现有业务管理中存在的问题、原有的业务流程等进行了分析,给出了优化后的业务流程;论文通过具体实际的用例分析和用例描述,明确了系统的7个大功能模块:包括车辆超限识别、车辆超限处置、超限数据报送、超限数据管理、用户权限管理、基础数据管理、系统管理等;在功能分析中,给出了系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图,包括车辆超限识别、车辆超限处置、超限数据报送、超限数据管理等子包图;在数据分析中,论文对系统各功能的所需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出了实体类关系图,根据业务的需要建立了数据库表结构;论文最后对所做的研究与分析工作进行了总结,并对系统进一步的工作和应用前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 In the daily management of the highways department, due to the long highway route, vehicle mobility, relying solely on the highways department intercept vehicles entering the overload in the station to accept punishment on the spot of the law enforcement work, has not been able to adapt the transfinite road vehicle management of the development of the situation. At the same time, road Corps program in Kunwu four high-speed road construction of unmanned on duty overrun vehicle automatic detection identification system application demonstration, need to develop a set of suitable software system for point on the model of overrun vehicle detection data acquisition and management.This thesis introduces the automatic detection and recognition system research background, significance of the project and the present situation of research on the application of Yunnan province highway Oversized Vehicles, clear and the main work of the paper; in business analysis, based on the existing problems in the management of the business, the original business processes were analyzed, given the optimized business process; use case analysis and use case through the actual paper description, clear the 7 modules of the system include:vehicle identification, vehicle overload disposal, overrun overrun overrun data management, data reporting, user management, basic data management, system management and other functions; in the analysis, the overall function of the system are given package diagram and package diagram sub functions, including vehicle recognition, vehicle overload disposal, overrun overrun overrun data management, data reporting package diagram In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the function of the system, and gives the entity class diagram, according to the business needs to establish the database table structure; the last of the research and analysis of the work is summarized, and the system into a step of the work and application prospects.
