某市科技项目管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】 随着信息化建设的发展,科研工作日益增多,很大程度上却依赖人工进行,导致科研工作量加重,难以反映科研现状,导致信息传递流转失真且速度慢。通过信息化手段进行科研项目管理,整合科研工作流程也是科研管理的大势所趋。论文介绍了某市科技项目管理系统的研究背景、项目意义和目前的研究与应用现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作；使用面向对象的方法对系统进行了研究与分析设计；在业务分析中,借助活动图对科技项目管理进行流程分析,论文对系统存在的问题、组织机构、原有业务流程等进行了分析,给出了优化后的业务流程,包括：项目申报、项目立项、项目验收、项目合同管理、科技报告管理、项目成果管理等；在功能分析中,论文通过用例分析和用例描述,明确了系统的功能,给出了系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图,包括项目申报、项目立项、项目验收、项目合同管理、科技报告管理、项目成果管理、系统管理等子包图；在数据分析中,论文对系统各功能的所需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出了实体类关系图,建立了数据库表结构,得到组成系统数据库的19张数据库表；论文最后对所做的研究与分析工作进行了总结,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, scientific research work is increasing, but it relies on manual, resulting in the increase of scientific research workload, which is difficult to reflect the current situation of scientific research, which leads to the distortion of information transmission and the slow speed. By means of information technology to carry out scientific research project management, the integration of scientific research work flow is also the general trend of scientific research management.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of the science and technology project management system in a city system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given, including project reporting, project approval, project acceptance, project contract management, science and technology report management, project results management and so on. In the function analysis, through the use case analysis and use case descriptions, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including the project application sub-function package diagram, project approval sub-function package diagram, acceptance sub-function package diagram, contract management sub-function package diagram, science and technology report management sub-function package diagram, results management sub-function package diagram and so on. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data that the system needs to deal with, and gives the entity class diagram, establishes the database table structure, and gets the 19database tables of the system database.
