城市轨道交通U型梁综合施工技术应用研究

【摘要】 随着城市轨道交通工程的快速发展,U型梁越来越多的用于高架桥线路,U型梁结构形式新颖,截面尺寸多变,施工工艺较为复杂。因建设项目相对较少,施工经验缺乏,U型梁的预制、运输及架设施工工艺,需进行专项研究,进一步完善提升。本文以青岛蓝色硅谷轨道交通工程2#梁场为依托,从施工角度出发,充分挖掘施工细节,结合南京地铁2号线,上海地铁16号线等工程实例,从施工的角度展开,通过部分试验验证,进行全方位总结、优划,确定最优的U型梁制、运、架施工方案。施工时选用技术先进、安全可靠的设备,可以提高机械化作业程度,减少人工操作,提高工程质量。特别是U梁的制、运、架作业,技术含量高,专业性强,选择合适的机械设备,事半功倍。文中详细研究了在建工程梁场施工中采用的全自动钢筋生产线、全液压内模、250T轮胎式提梁机、专用公路液压平板车、跨线龙门吊、桥上轮胎式运梁车、双导梁架桥机、大吨位履带吊等设备。本文的主要内容为:1、结合现场实际情况,确定U型制梁场的规划设计。提出梁预制场的平面布置、制存梁台位设计、工装设备配置、临时设施的安排,可为不同条件下的梁场建设参考采用。2、U型梁预制技术研究:全自动钢筋加工生产线的研究,液压模板的设计及安拆,砼施工工艺的研究,桥梁场内移运技术,梁体外观质量控制,冬季施工技术等。3、运、架施工技术研究:运、架梁设备的选用,公路运输及桥上运输方案,龙门吊、架桥机和履带吊架梁方案,运、架梁过程中的安全技术措施。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urban rail transit engineering, U-shaped beam line, more and more used in viaduct U-shaped beam structure is novel, section size and changeful, construction technology is more complicated. For construction projects is relatively small, lack of construction experience, U-shaped girder construction technology for prefabrication, transportation and erection, require special study, further ascension.This paper takes Qingdao blue silicon valley track traffic engineering based on 2# beam field, from the perspective of the construction, fully tap the construction details, combining with the nanjing subway line 2, Shanghai metro line 16 and engineering example, from the perspective of the construction, through some test, comprehensive summary, superior, to determine the optimal U-shaped beam system, transport, construction plan.Construction equipment directly decision taken by the construction scheme, construction as far as possible choose safe and reliable with advanced technology, equipment, by raising the degree of mechanization operation, reduce the manual operation, improve the quality of engineering. Especially U beam system, shipment, operation, high technical content, strong professional, choosing the appropriate machinery and equipment, get twice the result with half the effort.2# beam field is studied in detail the construction of the automatic production line for steel, full hydraulic internal model, intelligent tensioning system machine,250 t tyred girder are settled, special roads bulk carriers, double guide beam, etc.The main content of this article is:Firstly, combining with the actual situation, determine the u-shaped beam field of planning and design. Put forward beam prefabricated deposit beam the same layout, system design, equipment configuration, arrangement of temporary facilities for different conditions by using the field construction reference beams.Secondly, U-shaped beam precast technology research:steel processing automatic production line of research, the design of the hydraulic template and dismantling of concrete construction technology, intelligent tensioning system research, bridge floor removed technology, beam body appearance quality control, the winter construction technology, etc.Thirdly, transport, and frame construction technology research:luck, frame beam equipment selection, the bridge transportation scheme on road and bridge, bridge frame beam, transport, safety technical measures in the process of the girder.
