【摘要】 以唐山市4所普通本科院校为例,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对排球专业教师的基本信息情况、排球教学现状、学生排球课程学习情况、课外排球活动的开展情况和影响课外排球活动开展的因素结果方面进行了较为全面系统的调查研究,并提出具体的对策和建议,旨在进一步推动唐山市普通本科院校排球课程改革,丰富校园排球文化氛围。主要研究结论如下:唐山市普通本科院校排球专业教师以中年教师为主,男性教师居多,学历结构较高,助教、副教授和教授均低于理想的职称结构规定标准,学历结构较高,助教、副教授和教授均低于理想的职称结构规定标准,教师的运动等级普遍偏低,师资队伍的专项素质不高,裁判等级水平较高,科研水平有待进一步提升,进修培训的频次较少。唐山市普通本科院校排球教学的目的主要集中在排球专业知识、运动技能、运动兴趣培养和身体健康方面;理论课程时数设置低于国家规定标准,理论教学主要以以排球基础理论、排运动损伤与预防、排球运动裁判法为主;实践课程内容多集中在排球基本技术、基本战术、动作的规范性和排球教学比赛方面;场地设施可以满足排球课程教学的需要;开课形式上,主要有选项必修课、公共选修课和专业选修课三种;教学方法上,多采用传统的教师讲解、示范、学生练习的教学方法;考核评价上注重排球技术、上课的出勤情况、身体素质和学习态度评价。唐山市普通本科院校学生排球课程学习情况:技术动作的难度较大、排球技术基础差、不感兴趣和身体素质差是影响学生排球学习的主要障碍,学生排球学习的兴趣和参与积极性有待于进一步提升。唐山市普通本科院校课外排球活动情况:娱乐和强身健体是学生参与排球学习的主要目的,缺乏必要的指导,自发性的课外排球组织活动是影响学校排球运动持续开展的主要因素。影响唐山市普通本科院校排球课外活动开展的因素表现为:国家相关政策因素、主管部门领导的重视程度、学生的兴趣、场地器材的充裕程度、校园排球文化氛围、师资力量和教学水平和课外活动和课余训练组织几个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 In tangshan 4 ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities, for example, using the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the basic information of the professional teachers to the volleyball, volleyball teaching situation, students volleyball course learning situation and situation of the development of volleyball activities and the influencing factors of volleyball activities to carry out the results of a comprehensive system of investigation and study, and puts forward concrete countermeasures and Suggestions, aims to further promote the tangshan ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities volleyball course reform, enrich volleyball campus cultural atmosphere. The main research conclusions are as follows:the tangshan ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities volleyball is given priority to with middle-aged teachers professional teachers, male teachers, higher education structure, teaching assistant, associate professor and professor are less than ideal standard prescribed by the professional title structure, higher education structure, teaching assistant, associate professor and professor are less than ideal standard prescribed by the structure of professional titles, teachers’ sports level is generally low, the teachers troop’s quality is not high, the high grade level, level of scientific research remains to be further promoted, refresher training less frequently.the tangshan ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities are mainly concentrated in the purpose of the volleyball volleyball teaching professional knowledge, motor skills, interest in sport training and physical health; Course hours set under the provisions of the state standard, theoretical teaching mainly in volleyball basic theory, line of sports injury and prevention, volleyball referee method is given priority to; Practice course content more concentrated in the volleyball basic technology, basic tactics, the standardization of the action and volleyball teaching game; Facilities can meet the needs of the volleyball course teaching; Form the commencement of the course, basically have options required courses, public electivecourses and professional elective courses three; Teaching method, we adopt the traditional teacher’s explanation, demonstration, students’ practice teaching methods; Evaluation on volleyball technique, class attendance, physical quality evaluation and learning attitude.the tangshan ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities students volleyball course learning situation: technical movement is difficult, not interested in volleyball technical foundation is poor, and poor physical quality is the main obstacle to influence students volleyball learning, students’ interest in learning volleyball and participation enthusiasm remains to be further ascension.the tangshan ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities volleyball activities: entertainment and physical fitness is the main purpose of the students to participate in volleyball, lack of necessary guidance, spontaneous volleyball group activities are the main factors influencing the school volleyball sustained.the influence factors of tangshan ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities volleyball extracurricular activities are: importance by the leadership of the state department in charge of policy factors, and the students’ interest, the abundant degree of space equipment, volleyball campus cultural atmosphere, the teachers and the teaching level and the extracurricular activities and extracurricular training organization.更多还原
