【摘要】 中西青年在跨文化交际中,跨越语言障碍后,并不能顺利的实现有效的交际,诸如行为习惯、风土人情、思维方式、信仰文化等都会对跨文化交际产生重要影响。制约跨文化交际的因素有很多,其中价值观念的差异也是影响交际效果的一个重要方面。在跨文化交际中,不理解对方的价值观,或在价值观方面相互抵牾往往会造成交往过程的不畅或根本难以实现。因此,在跨文化交际中尽可能地认识、辨别和理解不同文化的价值观念就会大大减少交流过程中的种种障碍。关于中西方的跨文化研究已经有了很长的历史,在研究中,普遍认为价值观是最难理解,又极为重要的问题。哲学、人类学、心理学、传播学、语言学等学科对价值观进行了长期的研究。青年之间跨文化的交际不仅是青年人自己交往的需要,也受到各国政府的重视。世界各国重视研究青年问题,独立的青年学已经产生,跨文化交际中青年的价值观的差异问题,在学术界受到普遍关注。因此,以中西青年跨文化交际中的价值观为对象展开研究,不仅具有重大的理论意义,而且具有突出的现实意义。本文主要采用文献法、调查问卷法和比较法的方式进行研究。论文共分为三个部分,具体概述如下:第一部分,主要介绍中西青年跨文化交际及价值观概述。首先,对跨文化交际、价值观与青年价值观的概念进行界定,从中阐述了三者的含义。其次,阐明价值观在青年跨文化交际中的作用,表现为:价值观的认同能增进相互之间的理解与信任;价值观的欣赏能促进深入交际与建立友谊。第二部分,主要介绍中西青年跨文化交际中价值观差异,分析其中的原因,以及产生的影响。首先,概括了中西青年跨文化交际中价值观的差异,主要表现在中西文化对待自然的态度的差异;集体主义与个人主义的差异;中西青年隐私观、家庭观和权力距离的差异。其次,分析了中西青年跨文化交际中价值观差异的原因,主要归因于不同的社会历史背景;不同的思想文化基础;不同的思维方式;不同的风俗习惯。最后,阐述了价值观差异对中西青年跨文化交际产生的影响,主要表现在“语言歧义”现象;“文化休克”现象;“商业冲突”现象等。第三部分,主要介绍中西青年跨文化交际中价值观问题的应对策略。首先,明确了应对价值观问题的指导原则,即互识、移情、尊重和包容。其次,阐明了应对价值观问题的具体措施,体现在正确认识价值观存在的差异;充分把握中西青年的特点;提升辨别价值观的能力;增强跨文化交流沟通艺术;增强民族文化的自信。在跨文化交际中,中国青年要充分了解本民族价值观的特征。在与西方青年跨文化交际的过程中,通过比较,了解我们价值观的特点,提升我们的文化自信。青年的形象在一定程度上代表了国民的形象,青年跨文化交际中良好的言行能够在国际上宣传我们的价值观,树立良好的中国形象。世界各国跨文化交际中,都有与世界互相融合的问题,在这个过程中要保持民族良好的传统,避免在跨文化交际中迷失自我。更多还原

【Abstract】 After Chinese and Western youth in cross-cultural communication across language barriers, can not achieve a smooth and effective communication, such as habits, customs, way of thinking, beliefs, culture and other important influence on cross-cultural communication. There are several restricted factors of cross-cultural communication, as an important influence on the communicative effects of differences in values. In cross-cultural communication, it doesn’t understand the values of the others, or in terms of values each other today tends to make communication process confusing or difficult to achieve. Therefore, to know as much as possible, identify and understand the different cultural values, which it will greatly reduce the barriers in the process of cross-cultural communication.Cross-cultural research on Chinese and Western has a long history, in the study, is generally believed that values are the hardest to understand, and a very important problem. The values have been researched by philosophy, anthropology, psychology, communication studies, linguistics and other disciplines for the long-term. Youth between cross-cultural communications is not only the need of their contacts, also brought to the attention of the governments. The world attaches great importance to the study of youth problems, independent youth study has been done, the values of young cross-cultural communication differences, received widespread attention in academic circles. Therefore, based on the values for youth of Chinese and western cross-cultural communication study objects, not only has important theoretical significance, but also has outstanding practical significance.This paper is mainly used of the research methods of literature, questionnaire and comparison. It is divided into three parts, the concrete is summarized as follows:The first part, it’s mainly introduced the summary of youth cross-cultural communication of Chinese and Western values. First of all, towards the cross-cultural communication, defining the concept of values and the values of youth, this paper expounds the meanings of them. Secondly, clarifying the significance in the values of youth cross-cultural communication, which expresses that getting to know each other values can promote the understanding and mutual trust; The values of appreciation can promote further communication and build friendships.The second part, it’s mainly introduced the youth of Chinese and Western values differences in cross-cultural communication and their analysis of the causes and impact. First of all, it’s summarized the Chinese and Western youth, the differences in the values of communication, mainly displays in the attitude towards the nature of the differences between Chinese and Western culture; Difference between collectivism and individualism; Youth of Chinese and Western concept of privacy, family values, and the difference of power distance. Secondly, it’s analyzed the reasons of the differences between Chinese and Western youth values, mainly due to the different social and historical background; Different ideological and cultural foundation; Different way of thinking; Different customs and habits. Finally, it’s expounded the values differences on the impact of youth of Chinese and Western cross-cultural communication, mainly displayed in the "language ambiguity" phenomenon; "Culture shock" phenomenon; "Commercial conflicts" phenomenon.The third part, it’s mainly introduced the youth of Chinese and Western values in the cross-cultural communication problem coping strategies. First of all, it has been clear about the values of guiding principles, namely knowledge, empathy, respect and containment. Secondly, it’s illustrated the concrete measures of dealing with values, embodied in the correct understanding of the values differences; Fully grasping the characteristics of the youth of Chinese and Western; Improving the ability of identifying values; Enhancing cross-cultural communication art; Enhancing the confidence of national culture.During the cross-cultural communication, Chinese youth should fully understand the characteristics of own national values, and enhance our cultural self-confidence. The image of youth represents the image of the nation. The good performance of the youth in the cross-cultural communication can promote our values and establish a good image in the world. Countries around the world in the cross-cultural communication, there are mutual fusion problem in the world, and in the process to keep national good tradition, to avoid get lost in the cross-cultural communication.更多还原
