【摘要】 我国建筑企业经常由于未能针对其开发建设的工程项目开展有效的项目管理,而致使无法及时发现项目建设中出现的一些问题,为改变这一现实,建筑施工企业或是开发企业要想成功实施建筑工程项目管理,特别建筑工程项目的进度管理,就必须制定切实可行的项目管理手段作为管理的制度保障。基于以上研究背景,本文以伴山人家小区建设项目作为进度管理的分析案例。伴山人家小区建设项目作为典型的工程项目,对该项目开展进度管理既要适应房地产建筑工程管理的需要,同时也要满足伴山人家小区建设项目的相关要求。本文采用文献分析法及案例研究法对伴山人家小区建设项目进度管理的现状、影响因素、项目进度管理计划的编制与项目进度管理的措施进行了分析与研究。首先,本文对伴山人家小区建设项目进度管理的研究背景及意义、国内外研究现状、本文的研究思路与方法、研究创新点进行了概述,从而引出全文的研究思路；其次,本文针对项目进度管理的理论基础进行了分析与概述,分析了项目及项目管理的概念,探究了项目管理的内容、特征及职能,进而分析了项目进度计划与项目进度管理的相关理论,从而为全文的研究奠定坚实的理论基础;再者,本文对伴山人家小区建设项目进度管理案例进行了介绍,从项目基本概况、项目部门设置、项目难点等方面对伴山人家小区建设项目进行了简要介绍,从项目施工现状及进度管理现状对伴山人家小区建设项目进度管理进行了研究；然后,本文对伴山人家小区建设项目进度管理的影响因素、项目进度管理的问题及原因进行了分析；第四部分,分析了伴山人家小区建设项目进度管理计划编制的原则、项目进度管理计划编制的方法、项目进度管理计划编制等方面进行了研究与分析；最后,本文对伴山人家小区建设项目进度管理措施进行了研究,分析了项目进度管理的目标,项目进度管理的程序与方法,项目进度管理的实施,项目进度管理的工期优化及项目进度管理的保障措施。更多还原
