基于Web Service的远程无线粮库监控系统设计及开发

【摘要】 粮食的安全是在国家稳定、高速发展的过程中重要的后勤保障,而粮食的存储是粮食安全中最重要的一个环节。在粮食贮藏过程中,温度和湿度是影响粮食质量的最关键因素,粮食仓库的监控一直是众多科研人员不断探索的重要课题。粮食贮藏过程中,实时控制粮库的温湿度变化,有效采取相应措施,以免粮食发生不必要的腐烂,达到保证粮食较好贮藏的目的。在这种背景下粮库监控系统应运而生,近几年,随着远程无线监控技术的出现,粮库监控系统慢慢由原来传统人工作业方式发展到现代远程无线粮库监控。本文提出了一种基于Web Service的远程无线粮库监控系统的设计方案,实现了粮库的实时监控、定时监控、历史监控数据查询及统计分析、粮库异常自动预警功能。本系统主要由采集器、后台服务器、综合数据库、Web Service服务、ASP.NET网页五个部分组成。采集器主要负责粮库温湿度数据采集以及粮库监控摄像头拍照;后台服务器主要负责与采集器之间的通信,包括下达采集温湿度、拍照、风机控制等指令和接受采集数据并立即进行处理分析;综合数据库主要负责整个系统的数据存储;Web Service服务主要负责系统对外的通用接口服务,正是通过该接口服务,其他平台的软件可以很方便就接入本系统,实现了跨平台的接入,这对本系统以后的扩展功能有非常重大意义;ASP.NET网页主要负责系统的查询数据、照片的展示,展示不局限于网页,可以为手机客户端或其他移动终端。通过实际项目的运行和测试,远程无线粮库监控系统很好的解决了当前粮食存储的难题,大大提高了粮库管理人员的工作效率,并已成功将研究结果应用于中兴能源在湖北洪湖的粮库的仓储信息化管理中。
【Abstract】 Food security is a logistical support for a state’s stability and development, and the storage of food is the most important part of food security. In the process of grain storage, temperature and humidity are the main factors affecting food quality. Grain depots monitoring has been studing for many years in the field of grain reservation in China. During grain storage, we have to know the change of temperature and humidity in the grain depots in real time and take appropriate measures on time to prevent grains from being spoilage due to long-time storage in order to minimize the loss during the storage of grains. Under this background, granary monitoring system came into being. In recent years, with the development of remote wireless monitoring technology, the operation mode of granary monitoring system has gradually developed from the original traditional manual operation mode to modern remote wireless grain monitoring.This paper presents a design based on Web Service remote wireless granary monitoring system, which can regularly monitor the grain depot in real time, query and statistically analyze the historical monitored database, and automaticlly warn when something wrong happened in the grain depot. The system mainly consists of collector, daemonic server, comprehensive database, the service of Web Service and ASP.NET Web page. Collector is mainly responsible for collecting the values of temperature and humidity and the photographing of surveillance cameras in the grain depot;daemonic server is responsible for the communication with the collector, which includes issuing instruction on querying temperature and humidity, photographing and fan’s controlling, accepting the collected data, processing and analyzing the data immediately; comprehensive database is mainly responsible for the storage of the date of the whole systme; the service of Web Service is mainly responsible for offering service to external general-purpose interface, through which the sofware of other platforms can be easily accessed to this system, and it is very important for the extension of the system in the furture; ASP.NET Web page is maily responsible for quering database, showing pictures, which is not only limited to web pages, but also moblie client and other mobile terminals.By practically running and testing, the remote wireless granary monitoring system has well solved the problems during the storage of grains, greatly improves the working efficiency of granary managerial personnels, and the research results has been successfully applied to the computerized management of grain depot of Zonergy Company Limited in the city of HongHu in Hubei Province.
