B公司CA轿车曲轴生产线的优化研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的日益发展,现代先进生产力的提高,汽车产业给人们生活、交通运输等方面都带来了不可小觑的影响,在现代化的社会中,汽车已经成为人类不可或缺的一部分,汽车工业也理所当然地成为工业行业中的领头羊,成为工业生产中的主力军。汽车的需求量日益上升,成为一种全民性的刚性需求。在全球化的工业生产中,来自于同行的竞争是巨大的,无论国内外,汽车工业总是百舸争流,每个汽车制造商总想把握时代的脉搏,引领潮流,在激烈的市场竞争中赢得利润。所以,要想在残酷的市场竞争中脱颖而出,企业本身就要对于生产的科学性进行有效的把握,响应市场的需求,让产品加快更新换代的节奏,以适应消费群体的消费理念,符合制造行业的发展需求。而其中根本的思想,还是源于工业工程的优化生产的理论思想,采用优化方法,对于生产流程进行优化管理,以达到提高生产质量与生产效率为目的,深化调整工艺过程,提高生产力水平,降低生产成本,提高产品利润。曲轴作为发动机的核心部件,其质量、成本、交付等方面更加重要。B公司是国内最大的一家曲轴供应商,2012年建立了一条轿车曲轴生产线,命名为CA轿车曲轴生产线。该线的产品为2.0L四缸曲轴,主要装配整车为广菲克公司的SUV系列,发动机排量为2.0L,但是自从建线以来,该线存在诸多问题,譬如:产能低下,设备综合效率低于70%,各工序存在制品积压,质量合格率不到80%,生产周期过长无法按时交付,结果不仅丢失了部分的市场份额,而且严重影响了客户满意度,客户明确提出立即整改优化,否则更换供应商,对该线的优化研究迫在眉睫。本文从该线生产流程入手,首先分析实际生产线的运作状况,提出具体的问题,进而从流程的有效性、生产线节拍的均衡性、瓶颈工序、整线生产布局、个别工序优化等的各个方面进行分析,对该线进行整合优化的设计,以期达到目的。本文中所采用的数据均来自B公司轿车曲轴生产线中实时观测而得的现场数据,数据具有严格的真实性,通过对其生产节拍、生产线布局、工艺流程、瓶颈工序等最终在生产线的分析最后通过对于生产线优化设计调整之后,再次采集数据,并对前后数据进行科学的比对,得出生产线优化设计的结论。

【Abstract】 With the increasing development of science and technology, modern advanced productivity improvement, automobile industry to people life, transportation, and other areas brought underestimated the impact, in the modern society, the car has become an indispensable part of, the automobile industry is the naturally become industry leader, to become the main force in the industrial production. At the same time, because of the development of productive forces, the formation of the world economic system, and the change of the global economic environment, the promotion of people’s consumption power, making the demand for automobiles is increasing, and it is more likely to be a rigid demand of the whole nation.In the globalization of industrial production, from to peer competition is huge, both at home and abroad, automobile industry always vying, each car manufacturer always want to grasps the time pulse, leading the trend, in the fierce market competition to win the profits. Therefore, in order to compete in the brutal market competition, the enterprise itself is to be effective in the production of scientific grasp, to meet the needs of the market, to speed up the rhythm of the product to adapt to consumer groups, in order to meet the needs of the development of manufacturing industry. And the basic idea is to optimize the production process, optimize the production process, improve the production quality and production efficiency, deepen the adjustment process, improve the level of productivity, reduce production costs, improve product margins.The crankshaft is the most important part in the engine, and the most important are in quality, cost & delivery, etc. B company is the largest crankshaft manufacturer, in 2012, B company built one car crankshaft production line named CA car crankshaft production line, the production is one kind of four cylinder crankshaft 2.0L which used for SUV in Guangfeike, the engine displacement is 2.0L, but since this production line built, lots of problems have been existing, such as too lower productivities, OEE below 70%, too many WIPs, qualification rate lower than 80%, and too long lead time. As a result, market share was reduced, the customer ordered to do the improvement and optimization righ away, otherwise they will change the supplier., so the optimization of this production becomes very urgent.This paper analyzes the operation of the actual production line, to find the problems and furthur to analyze the process effectiveness, the balance of production cycle time, bottle neck, the lay out of the whole line,and certain processes optimiaztion,etc, puts forward the concrete problem, and puts forward the concrete problem. The data used in this paper are the real time data in the passenger car production line of B company. The data is strictly real. Finally, the data is collected and compared with the data before and after the optimization design.
