D铜矿家属区综合防雷工程项目管理研究

【摘要】 近年来,全球气候变暖,“二氧化碳”模式逐渐升温,雷爆雨的现象出现频率较多,给人们生活环境带来威胁最大的当属雷电灾害,每年由于遭受雷电所造成的伤亡数据逐年增多,造成的损失巨大,无论是从卫星、通信、导航、还是涉及到每个家庭的家用电器都有一定的几率遭受雷电的威胁。例如,2009年郑州煤业集团矿山电线遭雷击断线,2012年修文县龙窝煤矿遭雷击等。随着雷电防护逐渐受到国家的重视,相继分别在2000年,2011年、2012年出台了关于建筑物对直击雷防护的规范要求。以江西省为例,该省为雷击多发区,每年有7个月处于雷暴主要发生期,平均雷暴日为54-72天,最高年份达77天。近年来,因无防雷设施或设备不完备我省遭受雷害的恶性事故时有发生,给国家和人民生命财产带来重大损失。江西省有关部门对防雷工作给予高度重视,为此下发了《江西省公安厅、气象局关于加强防雷减灾工作的通知》等有关文件,要求各单位、各部门切实加强抵御雷电危害的能力。本文首先分析了选题背景,近年来,防雷工程逐渐进入国家重点项目工程行列,部分大型的国家重点项目在做基础建设时就已经将防雷工程纳入建设的施工过程中,因为防雷工程由于其特殊性,很容易受到天气等因素的影响,从而影响其实际的后期使用效果。其次本文选择的是施工相对来说较为复杂的铜矿家属区防雷工程为例,从勘测、录入数据、设计方案、组织实施施工以及项目验收、售后服务等,在其中使用项目管理方法对防雷工程进行科学的管理,通过结论并总结实际操作经验,得出项目管理方法在防雷工程的质量和施工进度方面较之前有大幅度的提高。

Jiangxi Province, the province of lightning-prone areas, there are seven months each year in thunderstorms mainly of average thunderstorm days from 54 to 72 days, the highest year reached 77 days. Jiangxi authorities attach great importance to the work of mine, for which issued a "Jiangxi Provincial Public Security Bureau, Bureau of Meteorology on the strengthening of the mine disaster reduction work," and other relevant documents, requiring all units and departments strengthen against lightning hazards ability.This paper analyzes the background, in recent years, mine engineering gradually into the ranks of the national key projects, some large national key projects in the infrastructure to do when it has been incorporated into the construction process will be mine engineering construction, because mine project Because of its specificity, it is susceptible to weather and other factors, which can affect their actual effect later use.Secondly, construction paper chooses relatively more complex family area copper mine project, for example, the implementation of construction and project acceptance, after-sales service from the survey, data entry, design, organization, in which the use of project management methods to mine engineering scientific management, through practical experience and summarizes the conclusions, drawn project management methods to improve the quality and construction schedule for the mine project has greatly improved than before.
