【摘要】 现代化的高新技术尤其是网络技术的发展深刻的影响了我们现代人们的生活也影响了我们的周围的工作和娱乐方式,网络已经在中国以及世界上的其它都扮演着越来越重要的角色,所以,县市地区对本地的宣传及行政办公也都受到了很大的影响。现如今的中国仍然保持着中高速地发展,改革的进程一刻也未放缓,推广政府机关的信息化办公、加大网络对地方的宣传力度已经刻不容缓。本篇论文,在第一阶段总结性地给出了目前政府事业单位门户网站的出现的一些类似的问题,在第二阶段,我们针对喀左新闻网站做了实际的详细的客观的调查研究工作,结合实际需要,建立了一个具有当地特色的、可以满足多方面需求的新闻门户网站。由此看来现有的政府事业单位对于完善的门户网站管理系统尚有较大的需求。本论文所使用的技术为Java EE,该平台具有较为广泛的用户群,稳定性、可扩展性都值得信赖。此外,为了进一步地保证门户网站的安全,本论文设计了一种加密的身份认证算法模块。本篇论文分析了喀左新闻门户网站管理的需求,所设计的门户网站系统包括了以下几大模块:后台管理、前台新闻展示、新闻采集、会员管理、系统用户管理模块。本论文设计的系统本着模块之间高内聚低耦合的原则,很好的实现了该单位所需的功能要求,而且具有方便、快捷、易交互、保密性很高等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of modern information technology, global information wave impact on the traditional society, and affect everyone. Network, data,knowledge have become the main theme of asset management, have been unable to change or backwards. Internet age has changed the economic structure of society as a whole, but also break the government’s management style. In today’s times the Chinese government, the Chinese government is increasingly rapid integration into the international community, one of them has challenges pressure. Government agencies to promote information technology is imminent.This paper analyzes some common problems government units portal management system, followed by the actual operation of the government portal Kazuo made a detailed investigation. Actual needs, establish a portal with local characteristics. As a result, a fully functional portal management system is necessary.The design is based on the Java EE platform, and use the classic MVC architecture using the industry’s popular SSH framework, improve system stability. This paper also analyzes the security management system in the design of the program using encryption, authentication, security, technology transfer and other classic comprehensive asset management system to protect the safety and effectively safeguard the national interest.By analyzing the needs of Kazuo government portal management, the design of the portal management system includes five functional modules: Manage module,front display management module news, news gathering management module,membership management module, the system user management module. Through the platform architecture and functional modules designed to achieve a good five functional needs.
