人工肝支持治疗患者健康教育内容条目的初步构建

【摘要】 目的:本研究旨在构建系统化、合理化、科学化、规范化的人工肝支持治疗患者健康教育初步模型,能够为优质护理服务的开展奠定基础。方法:本研究通过文献研究法、深入访谈法并结合对人工肝支持治疗患者的开放式问卷形成初始条目,编制第一轮人工肝支持治疗患者健康教育内容条目的专家咨询表。选取相关领域18名专家,采用Delphi法对备选的条目池进行2轮的专家咨询,形成人工肝支持治疗患者健康教育内容的条目并计算各条目的权重。运用专家意见的协调程度及专家的积极系数、权威系数等指标,对专家咨询的可靠性和进行检验。结果:1.初步构建了涵盖人工肝常识、治疗前相关健康知识、治疗中相关健康知识、治疗后置管期间相关健康知识4大维度共42项健康教育条目的人工肝支持治疗患者健康教育内容的模型。2.德尔菲专家咨询可靠性分析:问卷回收率均为:100%,说明专家对本研究有很高的积极性;专家组个人权威系数在0.85-1之间,专家群体权威系数值为0.93,结果表明专家组具有较好的权威性;专家咨询协调系数接近为0.198-0310,经卡方检验p值小于0.05,有统计学意义。表明专家组对指标权重赋值意见的一致性协调集中。结论:构建人工肝支持治疗患者健康教育内容模型的方法是恰当和科学的。包含4个维度、42项条目的人工肝支持治疗患者健康宣教内容条目是科学、可靠、完整的,可在临床上运用,并具有可操作性和实用性。

【Abstract】 Objectives:This study aims to construct, construct a reasonable, standardized, scientific artificial liver support for patients with health education system, so as to lay the foundation for the development of high quality nursing service.Methods:This study through the literature research and in-depth interview method and combination of artificial liver support therapy in patients with open questionnaire form initial entry, compiled the first round of health education for patients with artificial liver support therapy expert questionaire content items.18 of related experts, selected by the method of Delphi, optional item pool 2 rounds of expert consultation, the formation of artificial liver support therapy patients health education content item and calculate the various objective weights. USES the coordination degree of expertise and expert’s positive coefficient, authority coefficient index, reliability of expert consultation and inspection.Results:1. Preliminary constructed artificial liver common sense, before related health knowledge, in the treatment related health knowledge, treatment after catheter related health knowledge during the large four dimensions are a total of 42 health education entry of artificial liver support therapy for patients health education content model.2. Delphi expert consultation reliability analysis:questionnaire are:recovery of 100%, this study suggests that experts have high enthusiasm; Expert group personal authority coefficient between 0.85 1, expert group authority coefficient value is 0.93, the result shows that the panel has good authority; Expert consultation coordination coefficient is close to 0.198 0.310, the chi-square test p value is less than 0.05, with statistical significance. Show the consistency of expert group opinion on index weight assignment coordinated concentrated.Conclusion:Construction of artificial liver support for patients with health education content of the method is appropriate and scientific. It is scientific, reliable, complete and available in the clinical application of the contents of 4 dimensions and 42 items of artificial liver support for patients with health education.Follow up research suggests that the content of each health education items can be added, making it more operable. On the basis of the basic items, the video, pictures and other kinds of education methods were used in health education, and the effect of health education was more obvious.
