【摘要】 快速的老龄化进程使得养老服务面临诸多的现实困难,养老问题已经成为摆在全体社会公众面前的重大问题,单靠政府的力量很难解决养老服务这一难题,需要鼓励各种社会力量加入创办养老院的行列。在这一背景下,再加上宗教本身就具有极强的社会性和慈善性,宗教适应社会需要,参与养老服务水到渠成。改革开放以来,宗教团体广泛参与公益慈善活动,在社会服务方面发挥了重要的作用。深入研究宗教机构参与养老服务的优势和面临的困难,对推动宗教养老服务事业向着更加制度化、规范化、法制化、专业化的方向发展,具有重要的理论意义、现实意义和政策价值。本文以辽宁省三家天主教养老院为例,运用文献研究法、实证分析法和访谈法获得了大量的第一手资料,详细描述了辽宁省天主教养老院运营概况,总结归纳了天主教参与养老服务的优势以及制约因素,最后从政策层面、社会层面和宗教养老机构自身层面提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid aging process makes the services for the aged people faces many reality difficulties, it has become a major problem in front of all the social public. By the power of government alone is difficult to solve it, it need to encourage various social forces to join in starting a senior center. In this context, the religious itself has a very strong social and charitable, therefore, religion adapt to the needs of society to participate in the services for the aged people. Since the reform and opening, religious groups has widely participated in charitable activities, it plays an important role in social services. Depth study of the advantages of services for the aged people in religious institutions and the constraints which can make religious senior center more institutionalized and standardized, legal, professional direction, and also it has important theoretical significance, practical significance and policy value.In this paper, it takes three catholic senior center for examples, coupled with the methods of literature research, empirical analysis and interviews to get a lot of first-hand information. It describes the operating conditions of the catholic senior center in Liaoning Province in detail and summed up the advantages and the constraints of the catholic senior center. Finally, put forward some suggestions from the policy level, the social level and religious senior center.更多还原
