博物馆的可移动文物普查系统设计与实现

【摘要】 我国是世界上四大文明古国之一,具有五千年悠久历史,不同时期的文物是华夏文明的重要见证。可移动文物是历史上各个时代的重要物件,这些文物具有重要的历史价值和观赏价值。对可移动文物进行普查可以全面了解可移动文物的数量及类别,掌握可移动文物的保存状态和地理分布。可移动文物种类众多,形式多样,分布广泛。随着经济发展和社会进步,人们对精神文化的需求层次也在逐渐提高。通过可移动文物普查活动不仅能够加强文物保护工作,而且可以促进文化产业的建设与发展。虽然很多博物馆都对所有文物建立了档案和保管制度,但是缺乏全局的信息化系统进行统筹和管理,需要通过信息化的普查系统为可移动文物保护和宣传提供智能化的网络信息平台。本文对文物普查系统进行了研究,根据全国文物普查工作的部署要求和文物登记表的登记要求,设计系统对博物馆的可移动文物进行信息采集和数据统计。系统在设计过程中采用软件工程和统一建模语言对系统进行分析和设计,将系统分为信息登记、审核报送、查询统计和数据报表等多个功能模块。系统采用层次化和模块化设计,根据博物馆的工作实际需求进行系统开发。系统应用国产自主知识产权的达梦数据库进行数据存储,在Visual Studio开发平台中应用C#语言进行程序编码和系统实现。系统综合应用了面向对象编程思想、MVC设计模式和ADO.Net数据驱动接口,将文物多媒体信息和开发平台中的窗体控件进行数据关联,图文并茂地对可移动文物信息进行可视化显示。普查系统为博物馆可移动文物建立数字化档案,对文物保护工作起到了监管和指导作用。博物馆的可移动文物普查系统的设计和实现促进了馆藏文物业务处理的信息化和智能化,为文物保护和文化宣传的相关单位和个人提供了操作简便、运行高效和数据真实的可移动文物信息服务。系统在设计和实施过程中得到了文物保护主管部门的积极支持,测试和实际运行表明系统提高了文物普查工作的效率和成效,运行过程平稳可靠,符合全国文物普查工作的总体要求。系统在数据库中全面存储了数以万计的可移动文物数据,通过应用程序实现了对馆藏文物的登记和管理,对文物保护和文化事业的快速发展起到了一定的促进作用,具有较好的经济和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Our country is one of the four ancient civilization nations and has five thousand years long history during which different period cultural relics are important witness of the Chinese civilization. Movable cultural relics are important object in each history time which has important historical value and ornamental value. Movable cultural relic census can fully understand the amount and type of movable cultural relics and get the state of preservation and the geographical distribution. Species of movable cultural relic are numerous, diverse forms and wide distribution. With the economic development and social progress spiritual and cultural needs level of people has improved gradually. It can not only strengthen the protection of cultural relics, but also can promote the construction and development of cultural industry through the movable cultural relic census. Although many museums have established archives and custody system for all the cultural relics, however it lacks of global information system for co-ordination management. Through the census information system, it can provide intelligent network information platform for movable cultural relic protection and culture publicity.This paper has conducted the research to the cultural relic census and designed system of movable cultural relics information collection and data statistics based on museum according to the requirements of national cultural relics relic plan and cultural relic work registration form. The system adopts software engineering and unified modeling language to do work of analyze and design during the design process which has been divided into registration information, audit submit, query statistics, data report and other functional modules. The system uses hierarchical and modular design and system development is according to the actual demand of museum staff. Domestic database named Dameng has been used for data storage and system applications have been implemented with C# language code on development platform of visual studio. It has applied of object-oriented programming idea, MVC design pattern and ADO.Net data driven interface comprehensively and made multimedia information of cultural relics and window controls of the development platform connected with data association so that movable cultural relics information can be illustrated displayed.The census system has established digital archives of movable cultural relics for museum and played roles of supervision and guidance to cultural relic protection. Design and implementation of movable cultural relic census system based on museum can contribute to information-based and intelligent business processing. The system can provide units and individuals which relevant cultural propaganda and cultural relic protection with information service that has simple operation, high efficiency and real data. During period of system design and realization our system has been supported by departments in charge of cultural relic protection positively. Testing and practical operation has shown that the system improves the efficiency and effectiveness of cultural relic census and has stable operation and reliable running which can meet the general requirements for the work of national cultural relic census. System has fully stored tens of thousands of movable cultural relic data in the database and achieved registration and management to museum cultural relics by through applications. It has played a certain role to fast development of cultural relic protection and cultural undertakings with better economic and social benefits.
