基础-轴承转子系统动力学特性研究

【摘要】 随着世界可再生能源的快速发展,风能作为无污染、可再生的新能源逐渐受到了广泛的应用和关注。随之而来,风力发电技术也得到了迅速的发展。风力发电机转子系统作为风力发电机组重要的核心部件之一,其主要功能是将风能传递给发电机使其得到相应的转速。由于风速的随机性特点,使得风力发电机转子系统长期处于较为复杂的变载荷作用下,从而产生振动,这些振动将会引起风力发电机转子系统内部结构的损坏,进而降低了风力发电机转子系统的稳定性,使得维护成本也随之提高。为了减少这些振动引起的风力机转子系统的故障,提高转子系统的稳定性,因此,有必要对风力发电机转子系统进行动力学分析。本文介绍了某大型风力发电机转子系统的动力学分析现状,风电转子系统在运行工况下产生的振动,并对大型风力发电机转子系统进行耦合振动分析。将风电转子系统简化为基础-轴承转子系统,分别分析了对称模型的振动状况和非对称模型的振动以及摆动情况。采用集中质量参数法同时考虑了支撑刚度、偏心量、转速以及滚动轴承等因素对系统的影响,建立了转子-滚动轴承-定子的动力学模型,并应用拉格朗日方程推导出了转子系统的动力学方程。在此基础上采用四阶R Lunge-Kutta数值方法对其进行仿真,求得系统在不平衡力和轴承力共同作用下的转子系统的动态响应,并分析了该响应下的频域特性。本文所做的研究工作,将为大型风力发电转子系统的工程设计提供一定的理论依据,也为工程应用奠定一定的基础。
【Abstract】 As the rapid development of regenerationtive energy mark, wind energy as a kind of clean and renewable energy has attracted more and more attention. Followed, the wind power technology has been rapid quickly.The wind turbine transmission system is one of the important components, and its main function is to increase the speed.Due to the randomness of the velocity, the wind turbine transmission system works long-term under the complex alterate load, which will cause the damage of the internal structure of the wind turbine transmission system, reduce the wind turbine transmission system’s stability, and increase the workload in maintenance. In order to reduce wind turbine transmission system failures caused by vibration, improve the reliability of transmission system. Therefor, it is necessary to drive dynamics analysis for wind turbine transmission system.This article introduces the drive system dynamics analysis of the status, the vibration under the operating conditions,and analyze the coupling vibration of the transmission system. The wind turbine transmission system was reduction to rotor-bearing-stator system. Support stiffness, eccentricity, rotate speed and rolling bearing were considered, and established rotor-bearing-stator dynamics models. According to those models, Langrange’s quation was used to derive the dynamic equation of transmission system. The dynamic responses of the transmission system are investigated based on internal and external motivation and analyzed the response in the frequency domain characteristics.The research of thie paper can provide some theoretical referemces for the engineering design of the wind turbine transmission system and laid the foundation for the industry application.
