蓝光荧光有机电致发光器件性能提高的研究

【摘要】 我们运用LN-1103SA型多源有机气相沉积系统生长了结构为ITO/MoO3(2nm)/NPB(40nm)/1314-TPPI(50-X nm)/3TPymb(X nm)/LiF(0.8 nm)/Al的蓝光荧光有机电致发光器件,其中,控制X的变量分别为0、10、20、30,我们分别制作了制作了四个不同的蓝光荧光有机电致发光器件,并且运用PR650、PR655亮度、光谱测试仪对其发光特性等各种性能进行了检测,得到器件的电流密度、发光亮度、电流效率、发光效率与电压之间的关系曲线以及电致发光谱线。通过观察分析所得到结果,证实了掺加适当厚度的3TPymb材料作为电子缓冲层可以在一定程度上提高蓝光荧光有机电致发光器件的内转换效率,并且不会改变有机发光材料所发出光的光谱特性。整体上对器件的性能有了一定程度的改善。
【Abstract】 We have manufactured four blue fluourescent emitting organic light-emitting diodes with LN-1103 SA type Multi Organic Vapor Phase Deposition System.The structure of those diodes is ITO/ MoO3(2 nm)/ NPB(40 nm)/ 1314-TPPI(50-X nm)/ 3TPymb(X nm)/ LiF(0.8nm)/Al,X is assigned to zero,ten,twenty,thirty for the four diffirent diodes.There are two types Brightness&Spectrum tester that are used to test the performance of the four diodes,we have got the relationship curve between current density and voltage,luminance and voltage,current efficiency and voltage,power efficiency and voltage,EL and wavelength.Through the analysis of results of those curves above,we can corroborate that it can improve the performance of blue fluourescent emitting organic light-emitting diodes if we add proper thickness of 3TPymb material as an electron buffer layer. It can raise the conversion efficiency of The internal quantum without changing the characteristics of luminescence improve the overall performance.
