QSB工具在A公司供应商质量管理中的应用

【摘要】 近年来,汽车行业在我国得到迅猛发展,其增长速度快,发展势头猛,令世人瞩目。随着我国汽车制造的水平的不断地提高、汽车的性能不断完善、汽车制造技术逐渐向电子化、智能化以及网络化方向发展。在汽车企业产、销量加快增长的背后,各大汽车企业、各种车型的细分市场份额竞争愈加激烈。伴随着原材料市场物价的水涨船高以及人力资源成本的不断提升,汽车销售的利润却逐年降低,如何降低汽车零部件企业的运营成本,保证高水平的产品质量是整车及零部件企业需要考虑的问题。A公司是有着十多年整车生产制造的国内合资企业,也是世界500强企业企业之一,该公司沿用柔性化精益生产管理体系,在产品规划、生产制造、零部件采购、质量体系和人力资源管理等方面实行一体化管理。A公司秉承世界一流的质量体系,为了将先进的质量管理体系管理方法应用到配套的零部件供应商处,该公司对汽车零部件供应商积极推进QSB工具,使供应商应用QSB质量管理思路及方法,优化管理流程,实施看板管理,使产品开发、生产、服务过程中的各环节管理细化,并通过各层面的管理控制来确保每一个环节都达到质量要求和客户满意,进而使整个过程达到最优。如果质量体系标准是客户的要求,而QSB就是实施方法。随着汽车行业在国内的蓬勃发展,汽车零部件供应商迅速成长,然而在迅速成长的背后出现了供应商产能不足、资源配置不合理、人员配置和能力不足等问题,QSB推进往往得不到零部件供应商的足够重视,改进和优化对供应商QSB的方法是很有必要的。本文采用理论与实际相结合的方法,以A公司为例,阐述了QSB理论,并将该理论在供应商处推进过程中存在的普遍问题进行研究,同时对该理论对供应商的有效应用进行了深入探讨,提出可行性的推进方案,本文的研究结果可为国内的其他整车厂以及整车零部件供应商质量管理提供可借鉴的推行方法。

【Abstract】 In a few years, the automotive industry has been developed rapidly with the growth rate and the tendency of its development in China so that more attention is brought on it in the world. Due to the improvement of the abilities and the providing of the new functions in automobile manufacturing, the technology gradually concerns the aspects of the development, such as electron, intelligence and network. Under background of the acceleration in the growth of the production and sales in automotive industry, various models that want to distribute the share the automotive market have formed the intense competition among corporations. However, the benefit is reduced in years with the rising of the market prices about the raw material and the cost of the human resources. There are some considerable problems appearing in companies on the auto parts and those on the automobiles, for instance, how to decrease the operating costs and how to ensure the high quality of the products.The A is a domestic joint venture enterprise which is manufacturing automobiles more than 10 years and is one of the 500 top corporations in the world. It has owned the system of the flexibly accurate production and management in order that carry out the integrated management in design of product, production and manufacturing, purchasing the parts, quality control and human resources. The A is upholding the first-class quality system to apply the methods of the management of the advanced quality control to the mating parts suppliers in order to push positively the quality control in parts like the fundamental tools to use the way and opinions of the QSB quality control management, to progress the process of the management and to carry watching-board management to aim to refine management in the product development, production, and finally service details get farthest the best situation. The system standard of the quality control meets the quests from customers, and the base of the quality system is the method of application. Following the rapid development of the auto industry in China, the suppliers for providing the parts are growing quickly. Nevertheless, among them, there are many suppliers with the inadequate capacity, the unreasonable allocation of the resources, lack of the technicians and skilled person. The quality control management system can not be paid attention to in the suppliers for providing the parts. So, the way of the improvement and optimization in the quality control management system is very necessary for the suppliers.In this paper, the way is used by the combining between the theory and the practice. The A is an example to describe the theory of the quality control management system and study the common problems in the process of the implement to suppliers for the management methods and to explore the effective application for the supplier with the theory so as to acquire the practical proposed scheme. The results of the research can be one of those methods for reference to the quality control management in the auto plants and the parts suppliers in China.
