巨野河辖区中小企业培训存在的问题及对策

【摘要】 自从2009年世界性的金融危机爆发以来,我国一批竞争力较弱中小企业相继破产,为此企业必须提高竞争力,加大对人才的重视,特别是重视企业自主培养人才。截止到2010年底,全国工商登记中小企业超过1100万家,超过3400万的个体工商户,两者相加超过我国企业总数的99%,毫无疑问的成为我国经济发展的生力军,可见,中小企业的良性发展对于我国经济的又好又快发展、就业率的增长都有重大意义。企业的发展离不开人才,巨野河辖区的中小企业当然也不例外,但是巨野河辖区中小企业普遍存在规模小、资金薄弱、资源有限等问题,在吸引优秀人才方面不足以与大型企业相抗衡,这就更加凸显了培训工作对于中小企业的重要性。但目前高新区巨野河辖区中小企业培训工作存在很多问题,本文全面地分析了巨野河辖区内中小企业培训存在的一些普遍问题,并为辖区内中小企业培训工作提出了一些对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the world financial crisis in 2009 erupted, a number of less competitive small and medium enterprises in China have bankruptcy. Therefore companies must improve their competitiveness, put greater emphasis on talents, particularly emphasis on corporate self-training. By the end of 2010, The small and medium-sized enterprises have been more than 1100 industrial, More than 34 million individual industrial, Combination of more than 99% of the total number of China’s enterprises. There is no doubt become the main force of the economic development in our country. Visibly, healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises for the sound and rapid development of China’s economy, employment growth has great significance.Enterprise’s development cannot leave the talents, the small and medium-sized enterprises of juyehe are no exception. Of course, the small and medium-sized enterprise of juyehe widespread problems such as small scale, capital is weak and limited resources, which makes them not enough compete with large enterprises in terms of attracting talent, It highlights the importance of training work for small and medium-sized enterprises.
