我国企业参与职业教育的内在动力研究
On the Internal Drives of Chinese Enterprises Participating in Vocational Education

【摘要】 企业参与职业教育有着悠久的历史。无论是早期直接举办职业教育还是深度推进现代职业教育校企合作,我国企业在促进职业教育发展方面始终发挥着重要的作用,是推动职业教育发展的中坚力量之一。当前,我国职业教育发展步伐不断加快,而企业参与职业教育程度却相对不高,这极大地影响了我国职业教育人才培养的质量与水平。基于此,本文以企业参与职业教育的内在动力机制为研究主题,系统深入地探究了影响企业参与职业教育的因素、企业参与职业教育的内在动力以及激发企业参与校企合作的有效策略等内容。本论文共分为四个主要部分,具体内容主要包括:第一章,绪论。该部分主要包括研究背景与研究意义、相关研究及其简评、研究思路与方法等。第二章,我国企业参与职业教育的历时考察。该部分主要对新中国成立初期、改革开放至上世纪末、进入二十一世纪以来我国企业参与职业教育的主要经验与成就进行了探讨。在此基础上,进一步从法律与政策层面、管理层面、企业与职业院校层面等多个视角研究了现阶段我国企业参与职业教育所面临的主要难题。第三章,企业参与职业教育的内在动力。该部分系统分析了企业参与职业教育的基础和能力、企业参与职业教育的内在动力以及企业参与职业教育的主流模式。第四章,激发企业参与职业教育内在动力的基本策略。该部分主要研究了促进企业参与职业教育的关键策略,包括科学制定合适的法律法规与政策、全面提升企业自身参与职业教育的能力、增强职业院校自身服务企业的能力,等等。通过对企业参与职业教育内在动力机制的研究,有助于帮助人们理性认识企业在促进职业教育发展过程中的角色与功能,进而为探索新时期现代企业与职业院校间的有效合作模式、提升技术技能人才的培养质量提供有益借鉴。
【Abstract】 Enterprises participating in vocational education has a long history. As the backbone to promote the development of vocational education, Chinese enterprises played an important role. At present, the development of vocational education continues to accelerate, but the level of enterprises participating in vocational education is relatively low, which greatly affects the quality and level of personnel training of vocational education. Therefore, in this paper, the internal drives mechanism for enterprises to participate in vocational education is selected as research topic. Factors that affect enterprises to participate in vocational education, internal drives of enterprises to participate in vocational education and effective strategies to stimulate enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation is systematically and deeply explored. This paper is divided into four main parts, including the specific content:Chapter one, introduction. This chapter include research background and significance, correlative research and review, and research ideas and methods.Chapter two, a diachronic study of Chinese enterprises to participate in the vocational education. In this part, main experience and achievements of Chinese enterprises participating in vocational education from the founding of New China to 21th century. Based on that, further study of the major challenges of Chinese enterprises participating in vocational education at this stage is studied from aspects of policy level, management level, and business and vocational schools level.Chapter three, systematic analysis of internal drives of enterprises participating in the vocational education. The foundation and ability, the internal drives and the mainstream model of enterprises participating in the vocational education is analyzed.Chapter four, Measures to innerly stimulate enterprise to participate in the vocational education. Key strategies to promote the enterprises to participate in vocational education, including scientifically developing appropriate laws and policies, enhance the capacity of their own participation in vocational education, enhance the ability of vocational institutions to service companies, and so on.Studies of internal drives of enterprises to participate in vocational education can help to have a rational understanding of the importance of enterprises improving the vocational education and set a good example to exploring of the effective cooperation model between the modern enterprises and vocational institutions, to enhance training quality of technical skilled personnel.
