【摘要】 近年来,随着一系列国家政策向西部地区的倾斜,以及陕北能源经济发展新格局的产生,陕北地区城镇建设与发展受到人们越来越多的关注。随着陕西省能源与红色旅游这一发展战略的提出,位于延安南部的富县县城地位也大幅度提升。在城市快速发展背景下,富县城镇化率不断提高,而河谷地形条件与城市可利用发展空间等问题逐渐突出,城市发展机遇与现实状况矛盾骤显,致使县城的功能、结构、形态各个方面开始面临着大调整。另一方面,富县县城作为陕北地区一个典型的多枝状河谷小城镇,如何合理、特色的城市总体布局,并为其他河谷城市建设带来一定的参考借鉴,具有重要的现实意义。论文从城市概况与城市现状总体布局入手,对目前富县县城功能、结构和形态三方面进行深入梳理,再以城市服务功能为基本出发点,以解决问题、彰显地域特色为目的,分别从城市功能、结构、形态三方面提出总体布局的调整思路与对应策略:在城市功能上,致力于将县城打造为富县县域中心,延安市南部交通枢纽,以能源化工与商贸服务业为主的山水园林城市;在城市结构上,确定了南进、北控、东延、中调的城市发展方向,“一轴两带,多心,组团式发展”的城市空间结构,“组团串联、主次有序”城市道路系统、“两条滨水绿带、三级绿化节点、外围绿化渗透”的城市绿化结构;在城市形态上,结合山水景观资源,延续“唐韵凤凰山水城”的城市平面形态,建立基于生态效益的“面、廊、线、点”绿地网络,形成“绿‘楔’引山景、洛水润‘凤’城”的山水城市景观,明确各组团的城市风貌特色,根据不同用地开发强度指标与城市景观塑造要求,打造丰富、层次感强的城市总体空间形态,注重城市外围界面与滨水景观界面的塑造,严格控制城市天际线,打造建筑、山体协调一致的界面景观,彰显特色鲜明的陕北河谷城市自然风光。最后,将富县纳入陕北地区河谷城镇这一概念范围,为该类城市总体布局方法提出一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, a series of national policy tilt to the west, and a new pattern of economic development in northern Shaanxi energy generation, urban construction and development of Northern Shaanxi Province received more and more attention. With the putting forward of Red Tourism in Shaanxi Province and the Energy Development Strategy was presented overall plan of Yan’an City, Fu County in the south of of Yan’an City, city status improved significantly. In the background of the rapid development of the city, Fuxian urbanization rate continues to improve, while the valley terrain and urban development and other issues become more apparent, causing the county function, structure, shape all aspects of start facing a major adjustment.Another aspect,in Northern Shaanxi Fuxian county as a typical multi-branched small valley town, and how reasonable the overall urban layout featuring, and bring some references for the construction of other Valley cities, has important practical significance.Papers from the city Overview and urban reality overall layout to start, carding from the city function, structure and form in three areas, and then to urban services as the basic starting point, solve problems and highlight the regional characteristics for the purpose of proposed separately from urban functions and structure, morphology of the overall layout adjustment and response strategies:Function in the city, the county is committed to build for the Fuxian county central, southern transport hub of Yan’an City,the energy and chemical-based with business services and Garden City;In the city structure, determine the direction of southward, northern controlled, eastward, central adjustment, "one axis, two development belt, multi-center, in cluster" urban spatialstructure, "group-chained, primary and secondary orderly " urban road system, " two waterfront green belt, three green node, the peripheral infiltration greening " of urban green structure;On the urban form, combining landscape resources, the continuation of the Tang Dynasty style, Phoenix city landscape plan form, a "face, gallery, lines,points," green network ecosystem, the formation of a "green wedge introduced green mountain landscape, Luo river inflow Phoenix" urban landscape, clear each group of city characteristics, depending on the intensity of land development and urban landscape shape index requirements, to create abundant, strong sense of hierarchy overall urban spatial form, pay attention to shaping the outer boundaries of the city and waterfront landscape interface, strict controlled city skyline, to create buildings,mountains concerted interface landscapeand to highlight the distinctive characteristics of the natural scenery of northern valley city.Finally, Fu County was included in the scope of the valley town of Shaanxi, the overall layout of the city such methods have been proposed some suggestions.更多还原
