沁新煤矿遗留煤柱内沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

【摘要】 沿空留巷符合绿色采矿、科学采矿的发展方向,是一项很有前景的技术。遗留煤柱内沿空留巷的围岩受力和变形比较复杂。本文在前人研究的基础上,综合运用理论分析、三维数值模拟计算、和工业性试验相结合的方法,深入的研究了遗留煤柱内沿空留巷的特点,提出了遗留煤柱内沿空留巷围岩控制技术,并指导工程实践应用,取得了如下成果:研究了遗留煤柱内沿空留巷两侧采空时顶板的破断形式,得出了遗留煤柱稳定的条件。利用数值模拟软件分析了不同宽度遗留煤柱两侧采动影响下,煤柱内的塑性区和垂直应力分布情况,从而得出垂直应力呈“马鞍形”分布时遗留煤柱处于稳定状态,此时煤柱宽度为20m。然后通过理论计算的方式验证了20m遗留煤柱的合理性。在合理宽度遗留煤柱条件下,利用数值模拟软件分析了两个工作面回采时,遗留煤柱在超前、滞后采动影响下应力应变演化规律,提出了围岩加卸载原理,为围岩的控制技术提供理论依据。根据遗留煤柱内沿空留巷围岩的加卸载原理,确定采用高预紧力、高强锚杆与锚索支护体系作为沿空留巷的巷内基本支护形式。同时根据沿空留巷围岩的变形规律,提出了沿空留巷段加强支护技术方案,与巷内支护共同维护围岩的稳定性。上述研究成果在沁新煤矿2203工作面运输顺槽获得了成功应用,并为以后相似条件下的沿空留巷技术提供了参考和依据。
【Abstract】 The technology of gob-side entry retaining was very promising which was conform to the requirements of green and scientific mining.Surroundings distortion and the change of stress field is complex in legacy pillar by using gob-side entry retaining.Based on the analysis of predecessors’ achievements and by comprehensive using of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and the method of industrial test, this thesis analyzed, the characteristics of gob-side entry retainingand control technology of surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining. Research results are summarized as follows:Based on analysis of the rupture rule of main roof of gob-side entry retaining in legacy pillar between two goaf,the stability conditian of section pillar was put forward.More detailed analysis was conducted on distribution law of plastic zone and the vertical stress distribution of the different winth pillar under the influence of the two working face mining.Then Then the characteristics of the stabl pillar’s vertical stress distribution was “saddle”.The reasonable width of the pillar was 20 m, tested by theoretical calculations.Under the condition of reasonable width section pillar, the stress evolution law and deformation regulation of the pillar was analyzed on the influence of the advance and hysteresis of two coal mining faces.Loading and unloading law of the surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining in legacy pillar was summarized, which provides the basis for roadway-in support determination of gob-side entry retaining.Based on analysis of loading and unloading law of the surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining in legacy pillar,the control technology of roadway-in support which included high pre-tightening force and high strength anchor with cable was determined.According to the surrounding rock subsidence, reinforcement technology was put forward,which worked together with roadway-in support.Research results above were applied successfully in Qinxin colliery,and provides the reference value and foundation for other similar conditions.
