泥岩中枣核形锚索内锚固段受力性能研究

【摘要】 随着我国基础设施建设和地质灾害防治工程的不断发展,岩土锚固技术因其采用调动岩土体的自身强度,主动发挥岩土体的自承能力来加固岩土体的突出优势而得到了广泛使用。岩土锚固中预应力拉力型锚索技术通过钢绞线与砂浆体之间(第一界面)的粘结力以及砂浆体与周围岩体之间(第二界面)的粘结力来传递荷载,且因其地层适应性强、锚固效率高且便于施工而得到普遍应用与快速发展。现阶段已有许多专门针对预应力锚索的研究,特别是对于拉力型和压力型锚索已经提出了许多分析理论、计算方法以及计算模型,我国四川盆地地区的边坡工程中经常会遇到各种性质不同的岩层,特别是红层泥岩,因其具有强烈的亲水性,透水性小,遇水易发生软化、塑变现象,抗风化能力很弱,因此极易崩解,表现出与其它类型的岩石大相径庭的物理力学性质。现在针对锚索或泥岩已分别开展了大量研究,但是却鲜有对泥岩条件下锚索的研究,所以本文基于重庆市某深基坑泥岩边坡,对泥岩条件下的预应力拉力型锚索在荷载作用下的破坏特性作了研究。本文首先简要介绍了预应力拉力型锚索及其在国内外相关工程中的应用与发展状况,并对其分类、构成以及锚固机理作了详细论述;根据Hoek-Brown经验强度准则,推导了锚索的剪应力分布公式,并由第3章中现场试验数据代入公式,计算得到了试验条件下的锚索理论极限承载力;此外,基于实际工程现场试验,就泥岩条件下的预应力拉力型锚索极限破坏受力特性作了研究,试验旨在研究现场工程锚索:1.在不同锚固段长度情况下的受力状况;2.枣核形锚索与直线形锚索内锚固段的受力状况。试验得到了不同锚固段长度对应的极限承载力,并证实了枣核形锚索的极限承载能力较直线形锚索有所提高。最后通过FLAC3D软件对泥岩条件下的拉力型锚索的轴力分布、剪应力分布以及不同锚固段长度对应的极限承载力作了模拟研究,并通过采用设置接触面(interface)模拟了直线形锚索与枣核形锚索的受力情况。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the infrastructure construction and the prevented and cured engineering of geological disaster, the technology of Rock-soil Anchoring engineering is widely used in the construction of civil engineering because it can reinforce the rock mass by put the rock mass’ s self-strength into good use.The technology of the pre-stressed anchor cable transfer the loads with the adhesion stresses of the steel strand & mortar and the mortar&rock mass. Because of its powerful adaptation and highly anchoring efficiency and convenient construction, the technology of the pre-stressed tension anchor is developing rapidly in recent years.Nowadays there are many researches on the technology of the Pre-stressed anchor,especially its analysis theories,computing methods and the calculating models. But recent researches didn’t tell how to use the technology in a specific rock mass such as malmstone, shale or mud-rock. The mud-rock is wildly distribution In the Sichuan Basin, because of its strong hydrophilia and weak water-permeability,the mud-rock is easily to soften and deformation,so the mud-rock is much different from other rocks.But most of the recent researches of the mud-rock and the anchor are separated,so this thesis is aimed at researching the Pre-stressed anchor’s mechanical performance in the mud-rock.This thesis introduced the Pre-stressed anchor cable’s character and its development status both at home and aboard, then the Pre-stressed anchor’s classifications and compositions and the reinforcement mechanism were mentioned.This thesis deduced the anchor’s ultimate strength capacity by adopting the Hoek-Brown strength criterion, then studied the anchor cable’s ultimate strength capacity and the different strength when make-up/none make-up the steel strand in the practical engineering,the thesis aimed at studying the tensile cable’s mechanical property with different length and different interior sections. At last, this thesis studied the cable’s distribution of bolt axial force and shearing strength with the FLAC3 D.
