【摘要】 云南省城乡差距大,二元经济结构突出,区域经济发展不协调,具有我国经济社会发展的普遍现象,同时云南省又是我国西部地区省份的代表,呈现出西部地区特有的经济社会发展特点。云南省目前已进入经济社会发展的关键阶段,城市化发展进程也进入了"农民工向市民转化"这一历史阶段。因此,研究农民工市民化问题具有很强的现实性和针对性。推动城市化发展的重点、难点在于农民工市民化问题,而解决农民工市民化问题的关键之一是解决好转型的各种成本问题。国内外对农民工市民化成本的研究分析和测算依据不一,分析方法不一致,导致分析数据有较大的偏差。而且,上述研究更侧重于公共成本支出测算,而对农民工市民化的私人成本支出基本没有涉及;而在成本分担机制和资金筹集渠道方面,则较少涉及或涉及较粗。本论文结合相关研究成果,对农民工市民化的私人成本和公共成本进行更加具体细致的测算,并通过数量分析,提出云南省农民工市民化的成本分担机制和资金筹集渠道,为城市化科学推进提供科学依据。本论文主要有以下特点:一、将以劳动流动等相关理论为基础,并结合社会学、心理学等理论,从系统、综合的角度来探讨当前中国农民工市民化转型成本问题。二、通过定量分析方法详细测算云南省农民工市民化成本,并构建云南省农民工市民化成本分担模型,同时分析资金的筹措渠道,逐歩探讨农民工市民化理论支持与路径选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the China’s economic and social development, there are big gap between urban and rural areas, the dual economic structure, and inharmonious regional economic development in Yunnan province. At the same time, the Yunnan province is the representative of the western region in china, which presents a unique economic and social development.Economic and social development in Yunnan province have entered a critical stage, the development of urbanization process has entered the historical stage,which is the "migrant workers to citizens". So, study on the problem of the citizenization of migrant workers has a strong practical and targeted.The emphases and difficulties of promoting the urbanization development lies in the transition of migrant workers to citizen, while the key to solve the problem is how to deal with all kinds of cost properly. Different scholars use different methods to analysis and measure costs all over the world, large deviation of analysis data exist everywhere.Furthermore, scholars are more likely to focuses on calculating the public cost, private costs, cost accumulating and sharing mechanism can not catch their attention. Combined with related research results, this paper carries out more detailed calculating ways of private and public costs in the transition of migrant workers to citizens. What’s more, through quantitative analysis, the paper proposed the cost sharing mechanism and fund-raising channels in Yunnan. The research provides scientific basis for urbanization. There are several features in this thesis.Firstly, the thesis based on the labor flow and other related theories, combined with the theory of sociology, psychology and so on, and then i explore it from system and integrated perspective. Secondly, Through quantitative analysis method for calculate cost of citizenization of migrant workers in Yunnan province in detail, and building cost sharing model of urbanization of rural migrant workers in Yunnan province, and the analysis of fund raising channels, we can further explore citizenization of migrant workers theoretical support and path selection.更多还原
