跨组织工作流建模与模拟技术研究和实现

【摘要】 在经济全球化与信息化时代,随着企业业务范围的不断扩展,以及计算机网络技术的迅速发展,涉及多个组织的业务流程,企业间的协同合作都大大增加。工作流是实现现代企业业务流程自动化的核心技术,也是计算机支持的协同工作领域的一个重要研究方向。因而跨组织工作流技术被广泛应用于企业业务过程的调整、优化和重组。本文研究目的是使跨组织工作流如何更好地在多组织参与的协同业务流程中运作。本文首先梳理了国内外工作流技术的研究现状,总结了跨组织工作流技术关键问题,并介绍了支持跨组织工作流的计算机支持的协同工作技术、基本概念和跨组织工作流管理系统等相关理论和关键技术。其次,参照工作流参考模型,结合业界关于企业过程建模的技术成果,构建了一个实用的跨组织工作流模型的体系结构,它由过程模型、组织模型、资源模型、行为模型、协同模型和数据模型六个要素组成。以过程模型为基础和核心,组织模型、资源模型为过程模型提供支持,协同模型对过程模型进行控制和调度,实现跨组织工作流的协同。基于可视化过程建模语言V P M L设计了一个跨组织工作流可视化建模语言C O V P M L,并给出了语言表达形式和对象原语。研究并讨论了跨组织工作流的建模方法。最后,给出了跨组织工作流建模环境的整体架构设计与实现,基于G M F建模技术进行了建模环境的开发,并对E P M S进行功能扩展,使其支持跨组织工作流的可视化建模,对跨组织工作流的模拟机制进行研究和分析,通过协同规则和调度策略来实现跨组织的业务过程的协同,控制多个企业参与的跨组织工作流业务活动的执行顺序。并通过一个企业业务过程建模案例的模拟与分析,实现对跨组织工作流建模方法的可行性和有效性验证。

【Abstract】 In the era of economic globalization and information technology, with the rapid development of the extended enterprise business, and computer network technology, business processes involving multiple organizations, collaboration between enterprises are greatly increased. Workflow is the core technology of modern enterprise business process automation. Thus cross-organizational workflow technology is widely applied to the adjustment of enterprise business process, optimizing and reengineering. The purpose of this study is to analyze how cross-organizational workflow is used to participate in collaborative business process better.First of all, this thesis introduced the domestic and foreign research status of workflow technology. The existing problems of cross-organizational workflow are summarized in it. Furthermore, computer supported cooperative work technology, the concept of Cross-organizational workflow, workflow management system architecture and related key technologies are introduced.Secondly, with reference to the workflow reference model, combining with the industry on enterprise process modeling technology, an architecture of cross-organizational workflow model is constructed, which is composed of process model, organization model, resource model, behavior model and collaborative model and data model. Center with the process model and collaborative model we can realize synergy of cross-organizational workflow. A cross-organizational workflow visual modeling language COVPML is designed based on the visual process modeling language VPML, and the expression of language form and object primitives are also presented. To research cross-organizational workflow modeling method can help in using the enterprise process modeling system EPMS for business process modeling.The feasibility and effectiveness are validated through a case of study within cross-organizational workflow modeling.Finally, the simulation technology of the cross-organizational workflow is studied and implemented by using the cooperative rules and scheduling strategies to achieve the coordination across-organizational business process. In this way we can use it control the execution order of each business activity in cross-orgnizitional workflow.
