天线阵面屏制造质量控制关键技术的研究

【摘要】 大型球面模胎是阵面天线屏制造的基础,对其进行质量控制的技术和方法直接影响着加工的精度和速度,同时也影响着天线安装孔的定位精度;在射频仿真系统实验时,通过微波暗室由安装在三轴飞行转台上的导引头接收目标阵列辐射的信号来测试设备的性能,因此阵面目标的位置精度及定位精度至关重要。针对球面模胎的质量控制问题,本文从阵面屏球面模胎的制造工艺、球面度误差、球径误差等方面进行了分析,对球面误差不同的评定算法及球面屏的修模算法进行了归纳,进而建立了基于MATLA B控制算法的数学模型,提出在最小二乘法的基础上将最小区域法运用到MATLAB的fmincon函数中,并综合考虑以球面度误差和球径误差作为控制参数,确定了加工参数与最小修模量之间的函数关系;在阵面屏分块安装时,分析分块安装过程,提出以转台的旋转中心为坐标原点建立空间三维坐标系和利用激光跟踪仪检测天线孔阵中的特征点与转台中心的实际位置偏差的关键技术,研究在减少累积误差的前提下,建立以特征点坐标位置为控制参数的空间移动算法对阵面屏进行快速装调,并实时给出安装调整指导意见。论文中所提出的算法和设计方案均进行了相关实验验证,对天线阵面屏的质量控制具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Large spherical mold base is the manufacturing foundation of front antenna screen. The techniques and methods of quality control directly affect the accuracy and speed of processing, but also affect the positioning accuracy of the antenna mounting holes. In radio frequency simulation system experiments, the seeker head mounted on three-axis flight turntable receives the signals of target array radiation by microwave anechoic chamber to test device capability so that front targets’ location accuracy and positioning accuracy are of crucial importance.Aiming at the quality control of large spherical mould, the manufacturing process of mould, sphericity error, spherical diameter error were researched, different evaluation algorithm on sphericity error and repairing mould algorithm on spherical screen were summarized, a mathematical model based on MATLAB controlling algorithm had been established. The minimum zone method was adapted to the MATALB’s fmincon function on the basis of least square method. Considering the sphericity error and spherical diameter error as the control parameters, the functional relationship between the processing parameters and the least die repairing amount was determined.When installing the front screen and analyzing the blocks installation process, the key techniques of establishing coordinates based on the center of rotating turntable and detecting the feature points of antenna aperture array and initial position deviations of rotating turntable by laser tracker are put forward. This paper is written to study the express installation of front screen on the premise of reducing the accumulated errors through space shift algorithm, which takes the coordinate position of feature points as the control parameter. It also gives guiding advice to installation and adjustment quickly and timely.All the algorithms and designs described in the paper are validated by experiments and are of guiding significance to the quality control of front antenna screen.
