地铁门控系统的故障树诊断方法研究

【摘要】 随着轨道交通系统在大中型城市的普及以及运营的成熟,轨道交通的故障检修和状态维护问题越来越引起有关单位乃至全社会的关注。地铁门控系统作为地铁运行中使用最频繁的部件,其相关的故障研究与诊断技术也成为相关热点。本文首先以列车门系统为研究对象,就其内部结构、工作原理、运行情况、故障模式等相关理论进行了详细分析和重点研究。在搭建门控单元检测平台的基础上,提出基于故障树分析法的研究方向。对列车车门系统建立故障树,将问题具体化,对故障树进行定性分析和定量分析,再针对求解故障树中底事件重要度的问题,本文提出了模糊层次分析法和模糊Petri网分析法,分别对应求解单层故障树与复杂多层故障树的问题,进而对门系统的系统可靠性进行评估。本文介绍了模糊层次分析法的理论和求解方法,建立模糊判断矩阵描述故障树中同一层事件的相对重要关系,针对传统方法求解模糊判断矩阵困难之处,提出基于粒子群优化算法的求解方法,该方法能够简化求解,且收敛速度较快,计算精度高。引入了模糊Petri网分析方法,介绍了基于产生式规则和基于已有故障树建立模糊Petri网的方法,本文中,采用正向推理方法对建立的故障树模糊Petri网模型推理求解。本文以故障树分析法为基础,对地铁列车的门系统可靠性做了分析,重点研究了对引起车门故障的各原因的重要度求解,为地铁列车车门系统故障诊断提供理论积累,有坚实的理论依托和一定的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of rail transportation system in large and medium-sized city, as well as the mature operations, fault diagnosis and state maintenance of rail transportation attract more and more concern from relevant units, and even the whole society. As the most frequently used parts, the research and fault diagnosis of the door control system has become a hotspot.Those technologies of door control unit is analyzed in the paper, such as the internal structure, operating principle, and fault mode of the door control unit. On the basis of detecting platform for EDCU, this paper then put forward a research method based on fault tree analysis. The fault tree model of metro door control system is established. Then Qualitative Analysis and quantitative Analysis are carried out. To solve the problem of the important degree of the bottom event, this paper put forward fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy petri net analysis. Either of the methods is to solve the problem of one kind of fault tree: the major fault tree of the general door system and the sub fault tree of electrical door control unit. After calculation, this paper evaluates the reliability of the system.A detailed introduction of theory and solution of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is given in this paper. Fuzzy judgment matrix is established to describe the relative importance of events in the same hierarchy. According to the difficulty of the traditional ways to solve fuzzy judgment matrix, this paper proposes a solution based on particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO), which can simplify the solution, and convergence fast.To solve the fault tree with multi hierarchies, fuzzy petri net analysis is raised. This paper introduces ways to set up fuzzy petri net based on both production rules and fault tree. Forward reasoning way is used to solve the petri net model.This paper does some reliability analysis on metro door system based on fault tree, and focuses on calculating the important degree of the failure events. The research in this paper offers the theoretical and technology supporting for maintenance of metro door system.
