【摘要】 在现代社会,信息技术在企业业务领域应用不断深化,同时企业的竞争也已从单纯的市场竞争转变为综合实力的竞争。企业不仅要占领现在的市场,还得为将来产品更新换代做好充分的准备。尤其是半导体行业,消费类电子产品更新换代周期缩短,技术发展越来越快,企业必须通过各种手段保持持续高效的产品开发和管理能力,这个时候,信息技术的深入应用无疑将给企业带来强大的竞争力。PLM,英文全称Product Life-cycle Management,中文译为产品生命周期管理。PLM从产品生命周期角度出发,从研发开始,到生产销售,直至最后退出市场为止,对产品涉及的各类信息数据和业务进行管理,并同步到企业的不同业务领域,包括ERP、SCM、CRM、R&D等,促进企业内部人员之间、部门之间高效协同,建立与外部企业之间战略协作。本文以某IC研发企业为背景,对企业的运作架构和业务特点进行了详细分析。提出了企业日益尖锐,影响发展的主要问题:一方面是产品和技术不断发展累积,企业的信息数据量呈几何速度增长;另一方面,企业运作的各个领域不断发展壮大,但却不能较好协同。对于以上问题,本文有针对性地提出了PLM解决方法,通过PLM运行,有效管理放量的数据,以环节来管控数据合法性,以流程发布来控制数据的权威性,以文件结构来保障数据信息的条理性。借助PLM的信息和二次开发手段,使PLM成为连接各个不同应用系统领域的纽带,保障不同领域数据信息来源的唯一合法,平滑流通。通过这些途径,企业整体的运作能力的得到提升,管理有序,竞争力大大增强。在整篇研究论文中,对企业需求的具体分析,数据同步的具体实现以及二次开发的系统结构体系都进行了详细研究和实践证明,具有一定的创新和实用性。由于PLM的涵义广泛,并不能做到完全的涉及,在这篇论文里,仅结合企业实际业务情况,对用到的部分功能进行相应的研究和论述。主要聚焦在:(1)企业业务需求的整理;(2)在引入成熟的PLM商业平台后,业务流程的设计和再造;(3)在商业平台的开发框架基础上进行二次开发,通过设计新的功能系统来扩展实现更强大的企业协同;(4)系统上线后,各项功能的测试验证。文章的整体结构中,首先,介绍了PLM的概念和技术信息,勾勒出了PLM的整体功能目标。接着基于某IC企业的实际情况,进行了详细的业务和系统需求分析。之后,对系统的设计,从局部到总体都进行了充分详细的研究描述,举例说明了系统的测试和应用。最后对论文进行了总结和展望,结束了整篇文章。更多还原

【Abstract】 In modern society, information technology is deepening in the application of enterprise business, at the same time the enterprise competition has turned the pure market competition into the competition of comprehensive strength. Enterprises not only need to occupy the market now, but also be ready for the future upgrade of products. Especially in the semiconductor industry, consumer electronic products update cycle has been shortened, technology developed more and more quickly, the enterprise must keep efficient product development and management ability. At this time, the wide application of information technology will bring strong competitiveness to the enterprise.PLM, in C hinese means product lifecycle management. From the point of view of product life cycle, from research to product sales, until the final exit of market, to manage information and business of the product, and synchronized to the enterprises of different business areas, including ERP、SCM、CRM、R&D etc. Promote synergy effect between departments, internal staff and external enterprises, meanwhile establishing strategic cooperation with external enterprises.Based on the background of a n IC research and development enterprise, the enterprise operation structure and business characteristics are analyzed in detail. The essay raised major problems which are becoming increasingly acute & affecting the development: on the one hand, product development and technology accumulation, the data of enterprises grows geometrically; on the other hand, each field in the operation of enterprises continues to grow and develop, witho ut better coordination. For the above problems, this paper puts forward the method of PLM, through PLM management, the effective management of volume data, with links to control data validation, released flow to control the authoritative data, organized file structure to protect the data information. With the aid of the PLM information and the second development tool, the PLM link the different application field, to ensure the only legal safeguard data sources of information in different fields, with smooth circulation. Through these ways, the enterprise whole operation ability has been promoted, management in order, competitiveness greatly enhanced. In this paper, specific research and practice is conducted for analysis of the specific business needs, system realization of data synchronization and two developments, which has certain innovation and practicality.Due to the wide range of PLM definition, this thesis may not cover it completely. This paper only discussed and made research on partial function of PLM according to the actual business situation. The main focus is as follows:(1) Consolidate business requirement(2) Redesign of business process after importing mature PLM business platform(3) Second development based on business platform development frame. To expand the implementation of more powerful enterprise collaborative function through the new system design(4) Conduct function test after system online.The overall structure of the article, firstly, introduces the concept and technology of information of PLM, outlines the overall function goals of PLM. Then based on the actual situation of the IC enterprises, carried out a detailed needs analysis; based on the requirements of the project, conduct the total demand analysis of PLM software system. Then, on the design of the system, from part to whole are studied in full detail, giving example of system test and application. Finally make conclusion and outlook of the project at the end of the paper.更多还原
